But this week I've made 3 appointments to have them check out a sound the engine is making. Each time when I showed up for the appointment I was told that they were too behind and didn't have time to look at it. 3 fucking times within 4 days! I understand they're busy. But I'm not asking them to fix it. I'm looking for a new car, so I just want them to check it out and see what the problem is. Why should I schedule another appointment?! So I can show up a 4th time when they're too busy? I've lost all respect for this shop.

At that point the manager snapped at me and told me that I was free to take my car elsewhere. I went to Autozone and they tested my car with a scanner and said it was a faulty sensor. I made another appointment with a local car repair shop and was charged 110 $ install of the sensor and was told that my front and rear brakes were fine. So beware of this scammer.
