Sides and back of steering wheel still dirty. Ring from a drink left on the top glass. Have found a couple of almonds, etc. down side of passenger seat - so not fully cleaned there either. Perhaps if I'd had more time and spotted everything then, think they would have made another pass on more of it. But really want a detailer to be thorough and professional. A pro knows these areas need cleaning, and knows how to do it. And definitely someone who knows what to look for should inspect the car and declare it clean or send staff back before saying it's ready. As a customer I'd have to have a "check-it" list in the future to see if everything that should have been cleaned was.

Jamie is an absolute wizard…read more I couldn't believe my eyes at the result. We bought a used car from 2008, with 226K miles, and it was pretty grimy inside and out. After the full deluxe treatment, it almost looked brand new. I was really asking "how is this possible?" over and over. This service easily added thousands of dollars to the value of the car. The previous owner should have taken it to Jamie before selling it. Under the hood of the 2008 vehicle was one of the dirtiest I had ever seen in my life. It almost made me hesitate to buy the vehicle. But after Jamie's under-hood treatment.... seriously, it's ready to have it's hood open a car show. Such incredible attention to detail, and such professionalism. His shop is also immaculate. Once the sun hit it I could definitely say it was only wiped with a rag. It was just dirt moved around. Same thing with the interior of the front window. The worst was seeing several areas on both sides of the car with spots of white wax on the doors. I had to wipe that off. I am quite confident if I had gone back, they would have helped me.
