I wish I had taken before pictures, I did not know my car could be this clean, ever. I brought it in for a detail and got it back cleaner than it was when I bought it. We inherited a car several years ago that we wanted to sell, but were concerned as it was a smoker's car and loaded with stains. We brought it to Todd's Touch and when we got it back the next day it looked brand new. The odor was almost undetectable. More recently we brought our 2015 Honda Pilot in for detailing as we are passing it on to our teenage daughter. The middle row was completely saturated with stains from toddler's muddy boots and hot chocolate spills, etc. When we went back to pick it up everything looked great, but some of those middle row stains were still slightly visible. When we mentioned it at checkout, they bent over backwards to make sure we are satisfied customers. They asked to keep it an extra day so they could have another go at it with a stronger product typically reserved for other purposes. When we picked it up yesterday, the stains were completely undetectable and the interior looks brand new. Very happy customers, highly recommend! read more

Took my car to Todd's Touch to get the limo tint off of the driver and passenger windows last Friday.  They did it fast and cheap, so I picked the car up that afternoon.  Sweet. Come Saturday, in a different light, I notice a bunch of minor scratches on the driver's door that were not there before.  Sadly he was closed.  I missed going back yesterday, but made it this afternoon. So I get his attention and pull him away from the customers in his shop.  I explain the situation and that I am not mad, and do not want anything.  I just wanted to point it out and ask him WTF? He was complimenting my car, denied that he'd done it, then went in to get the employee that did the work.  He comes out with her and now has an adjustable wrench in his hand.  Been doing this for 30 years, etc. I said looks like a wedding ring or something, as they were light scratches.  Shows me no ring and denies it again. I explain again that I did not come looking for any recompense and that I begged to differ.  Well, he starts getting rude, pointed out some bird shit that some seagull blessed me with today, and starts rambling about someone else doing it. Well, I had had enough and I said: "Fine, but I think you are full of shit." He fucking LOSES it, starts hopping up and down screaming "LIAR, LIAR, LIAR (repeat about 50 times), nice HONDA", "Your on fucking camera right now", on and on, as he heads back to his shop. So I ask him to go fuck himself, mildly heated, and hop in the car to leave. I back out turn 180* and as I am waiting for traffic, he comes back out again screaming "See ya, LIAR LIAR LIAR."  I gave him a single finger salute and calmly drove off. When they gave me back my car - at exactly the promised time - it was like I had a new car. They took extra time getting brake dust of my wheels, the inside smelled new - it was just wonderful. This place is a joke! The service is horrible, they treat you like your a complete idiot. Detailing looks like a child did it. The place is treated like a hangout for the local kiddies. Kevin is a joker as well treating people as if they didn't know anything, very very rude! Prices are extremely high, definitely not worth it. This place probably has a good local business because it is in somersworth a very poor town that has no idea what good quality or service is! If there are any "favorable reviews" it's has to be friends giving good reviews, this place is terrible! read more

I moved to the area recently and ended up in a very tight situation of not being able to get my car inspected because of a bad tinting job by the previous owner. I called this place at the recommendation of my inspection garage, and the receptionist assured me she would call me back and let me know about an appointment. I gave them a full 24 hours plus without hearing anything before calling again to see if I could get an appointment. When I did, the receptionist took an agitated tone with me and told me firmly she WOULD call me back. Well, it's a week later and I never heard back so I took my business elsewhere. I understand everyone is very busy these days, but leaving a desperate customer hanging in the air is unacceptable. At the least, they should have called me and told me they didn't have time for the appointment. Please, do other humans the courtesy of calling back if you say you will. Disappointing. read more

Bought a set of aftermarket LED foglights for my wife's car thinking it'd be easy to plug and play, but they were impossible to get out! I called the dealer thinking they'd be able to just toss them in for me but they directed me over to Todd's Touch. They were booked initially but I got a call that they had an opening about 2 weeks before my actual appointment. I was in and out in under 20 minutes, and the price was more than reasonable. Had my gti detailed due some pretty bad swirling. I knew this team was solid after I had a windshield visor tint installed (centered perfectly, no bubbles, marks, residue). I'm a little obsessive about my car and in the past have put over 6 hours into a detail(warm water wash/claybar/wax...), and I could never have approached this level of detail and quality. The whole team takes pride in the work done here and I'll be coming back for sure. read more

I have taken all of my cars here over the last 15 years. The first time, Todd saved me tons of money doing the protective coating on a new car that the dealership wanted to charge me 4 times as much for! I had a car detailed before selling it, and I know it increased the value. The prices are reasonable, and the work has been top quality. My cars have come out looking like new - an impressive feat given that I have a dog and kid who somehow make everything gross and sticky. I love Todd's Touch and wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I purchased a gift certificate with and online benefit auction for a local radio station just over 2 years ago. The value of the certificate was $250. It has been hard for me to get my vehicle to Todd's to get it detailed, therefore the delay. My wife took it in at the scheduled date/time while I was away to redeem the certificate. They gave here a TERRIBLE time, accusing her of forging the certificate and didn't really want to accept it. Supposedly they called the radio station to verify the certificate. They eventually and begrudgingly agreed to do the work for the certificate. When we were scheduling this we checked to see what the price for a full detail was and it was just over half of the Certificate value. We were excited that we would be able to do our other car for just a small amount of cash and the balance of the certificate. The owner stated that the certificate was a marketing tool and it was intended for use on an SUV and not a 4Dr sedan, although they never stated that anywhere or when we called to inquire/schedule. As far as the quality of the work... it was GREAT! Inside, outside, engine, trunk, they didn't miss a thing. But the customer service that we received was SOOOO bad that we will be forfeiting the remaining value (~$100) and not be going back. read more
