So here's what happened. Appt was scheduled 1 month after my initial phone call. The day I arrived for my appointment a staff member tells me your a day early. It's for Wednesday and not Tuesday. I go further to explain that I record my phone conversations because I'm hearing impaired. He tells me "hold on" goes into the back and returns shortly and tells me "go ahead and leave the keys, I'll call you when it's done. Calls me 3 hrs later your car is ready for pick up. I was treated with so much respect by the staff, never doubting me. Or even challenging me as to the mix up on dates. At no time was staff was passive aggressive or even " stand offish " towards me. In fact when I arrived home checked my recorded notes. I was in complete error I recorded the day correct but wrong date. I'll be calling them tomorrow and apologizing. Now I understand why they where highly recommended by Quirk Chevrolet ... great customer service!

Was able to book an appointment without having to wait weeks. My first time getting the car…read moredetailed, I'd built up a lot of crud in 5 years... soda stains on the seats, grime on the console and handles, bits of food, pet hair... Plus the exterior needed a wash and the wheels were especially bad. I got the gold package... it costs extra, but I knew the car needed it. They did a great job cleaning all that up... got into the little corners and under the seats, polished up the rims, somehow got the stains out of the seat... got rid of a nasty sauce spill that managed to get into a hole in the floorboard. The whole car looks and smells new. It took about 4 hours which is how long they estimated. They went the extra mile too... moved all my personal stuff to the trunk (which I should have taken care of, but the weather made it tough). They gave me a ride home when I mentioned calling a cab... they also dropped the car off, and offered to replace the wiper blades since one of them was falling apart. I took them up on it, they didn't charge much. Basically it went as smoothly as anyone can ask for and they were super friendly and helpful. Totally worth it.

Picking it up was another hassle as their head tech or owner (im not sure which one he was) told me to pick it up on sunday even though they were closed and gave me a time to pick it up saying he would come in to their shop to let me pick up my truck. When I contacted him sunday morning to confirm the time he said he forgot and asked to reschedule for later that night. After scheduling the new pick up time i never heard from him again. I managed to get a ride (which cost me money) and arrived at the aggreed upon time and nothing, he never showed, never answered calls or texts. After waiting 30 min I had to get a ride home. Then the next day I called their company number and their receptionist drove my vehicle to my work office on Tuesday. When I got to my work I took a quick look under my vehicle and noticed uncovered rust spots on my frame. I immediately sent pictures and called them. They told me to contact them when I was available for them to re coat it. And when I had availability I contacted them multiple times via call and text and they refuse to schedule me in.

They didn't even try to properly wash - let alone detail - the exterior of the car, it seems they just took a hose to it and used my own windshield wipers to handle the windshield. The front especially is filthy with the tires covered in gravel still thst even has dirt sprayed up and onto the door. The interior of my car is quite dirty, literally sand on the seat, dirt stains to wipe off snd the windows either not finished or they had used a dirty rag because there are ugly streaks everywhere. I'm going to have to pay to have the exterior washed somewhere else and hand scrub the interior, I took half a dozen pictures of the intetior and emailed it back to them.

I tend to avoid cleaning the inside of my car because, well . . . boring,…read moretakes too long, etc. But it had been awhile (read: literal years) since I'd done anything at all to the inside of my trusty little 2009 Toyota Corolla, so it was just grimy and dusty and had dirt from the garden and leaves and whatnot. I decided to splurge on an interior detailing, and am very glad I chose Pristine. You make an appointment online (when I did so the next available was about a week and a half out, and they called to confirm and ask basic details, which I appreciated). Since I don't have pets and don't smoke, and there were no major stains, I was able to get by with Pristine's base rate for small cars ($175 at this writing; all prices on their website). I truly think this splurge was worth it--it looks *amazing*! Seats thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned, including underneath the two front seats (the guy found some things that had rolled under there from some long-ago shopping trip, LOL); carpets and floorboards now spotless; all the little console cracks and crevices spic and span. Included the trunk, too! Just FYI, the place is a little hard to see from the street--you have to pull off Forest Ave. and go between the buildings, down the long driveway to the "auto detailing" sign and their front door. Once you do you'll be greeted by the very nice young men who work there, and then leave your car with them for a few hours, and voila! There are various detailing places and I called around for estimates from a few, and I'm happy to have found this one. Highly recommend!

Writing on behalf of my mother…read more A very unfortunate incident with a 4x4 post just below the sight line of the car left the two doors on the passenger side of her car badly dented and scraped up. The cheapest estimate from a body shop was north of $4000. Autosy Auto Spa came to the rescue! For much cheaper, they were able to make the car look so much better - for nearly a tenth of the price they did 80% of the work. They were honest, forthcoming, and did incredibly detailed work. They have earned my mom's business for the rest of her life, no doubt. I would recommend them for anyone with detailing, scratch repair, or paint matching needs in a heartbeat. Go visit them and let them know what you need. They will tell you the truth and do good work for fair prices. TL;DR: Autosy Auto Spa is awesome!

This is a review I wish I didn't have to write…read more While the service itself was well done, the way my brother, who is severely cognitively disabled, was treated by the front desk staff was deeply troubling. Before bringing his car in, my brother asked numerous questions to make sure he fully understood what was required, what the service would involve, and the cost. The mature woman at the front desk confirmed everything and told him all he needed to do on his end was to sweep out the bed of his truck. Wanting to go above and beyond, my brother even took his truck to a car wash and scrubbed it to ensure everything was properly cleaned. Several hours after dropping off his vehicle, he received a call informing him that the price had been increased by $50 because they now needed to sand the bed of his truck with an orbital sander--something that was never mentioned before. My brother, who lives on a fixed disability income, was blindsided by this increase. He would have gladly taken care of any additional requirements himself had he been told upfront, as he is unable to easily absorb extra costs like this. When he returned to discuss the unexpected price hike and express his confusion, the woman became hostile. Despite him explaining that he has a disability and just needed help understanding the charge, she not only refused to acknowledge the change when he revealed his disability but also began yelling at him, leaving him feeling humiliated and disrespected. No one, especially someone with a disability, should EVER be treated this way. My brother left the experience feeling overcharged and mistreated for simply asking for help. I hope this business reflects on how they handle interactions with vulnerable individuals, as this experience was not only disappointing but harmful.
