When i made the appointment I told Sun Stoppers they had all day and id pick up my car at the end of their work day . Got a call as soon as the business opened and was told I would need to reschedule my appointment because the "tint guy" had a medical emergency. So a place that promotes themselves by the name Sun Stoppers has only one tint person working and they find out about this medical emergency just after they open? No thanks I will take my business else where, I call BS.

So here's what happened. Appt was scheduled 1 month after my initial phone call. The day I arrived for my appointment a staff member tells me your a day early. It's for Wednesday and not Tuesday. I go further to explain that I record my phone conversations because I'm hearing impaired. He tells me "hold on" goes into the back and returns shortly and tells me "go ahead and leave the keys, I'll call you when it's done. Calls me 3 hrs later your car is ready for pick up. I was treated with so much respect by the staff, never doubting me. Or even challenging me as to the mix up on dates. At no time was staff was passive aggressive or even " stand offish " towards me. In fact when I arrived home checked my recorded notes. I was in complete error I recorded the day correct but wrong date. I'll be calling them tomorrow and apologizing. Now I understand why they where highly recommended by Quirk Chevrolet ... great customer service!

The work was done at the house on 6-28-13....two months ago. It appears that you were not paid...I thought you were. The check is contained here via federal express. Your claim that I "am an arrogant asshole" is not well founded. When I called you and asked if your firm had done the work on my house 4 years ago you said "I have no idea". When I asked if you would not mind looking at your records, you indicated that you didn't keep such records. However, if I had the receipt....then, apparently, such records would appear. That made little sense to me. Thus, I had to conclude that you didn't give a damn about whether you installed this film or not! This made NO sense to me on another level because there is a considerable guarantee that 3M stands behind on these films....so I would have expected you to have some record of the address and/or the installation which would be sent to the home office in the event that you moved or your business failed (so the guarantee would remain in force). I only live in the house sporadically...so I don't check the mailbox....so I am assuming you sent me an invoice in the mail (other than the one left on the table)....and that is why I didn't respond sooner.
