The owner was very kind to us. We were on a road trip when we got a rock to the windshield that left a considerable growing crack on the driver's side. We were passing near Gorham the next day on the way to our next campground so we called, explained what was going on and asked if he could get us in to fix it then. He took our information, gave us a quote for a replacement windshield, told us when to arrive by and opened the shop on a Saturday just to help us out so we could continue our journey safely. He was extremely flexible, providing next day service, and charged significantly less than the others. Do not trust Trust auto glass. While changing the windshield the roof was dented across the top while prying it out. Claimed he didn't do it which was obvious that the handle of the tool dented repeatedly. He refused to cover the $1300 plus in damages. My insurance couldn't find they had any insurance to cover damages. Beware you should ask for proof of insurance because they will not cover damages to your vehicle. Better yet just call another glass company. read more
