Mixed results at best. Back of car totally missed first…read moretime. Would not clean the mat saying it couldn't be cleaned (but it most certainly could at home). Seat belts never touched. Sides and back of steering wheel still dirty. Ring from a drink left on the top glass. Have found a couple of almonds, etc. down side of passenger seat - so not fully cleaned there either. Perhaps if I'd had more time and spotted everything then, think they would have made another pass on more of it. But really want a detailer to be thorough and professional. A pro knows these areas need cleaning, and knows how to do it. And definitely someone who knows what to look for should inspect the car and declare it clean or send staff back before saying it's ready. As a customer I'd have to have a "check-it" list in the future to see if everything that should have been cleaned was.

When they gave me back my car - at exactly the promised time - it was like I had a new car. They took extra time getting brake dust of my wheels, the inside smelled new - it was just wonderful. **Extremely Disappointing Experience - Damage to My Vehicle**…read more I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Tod's Touch. I brought my vehicle in expecting professional care, but instead, I ended up with significant damage to the paint. Todd's used a solvent to remove some small paint spots. After their treatment, I discovered holes and damage in the vehicle's paint in the exact same areas where they had applied the solvent. Rather than taking responsibility for the damage their work appears to have caused, they denied any wrongdoing and blamed it on road debris and rocks. That explanation is simply unacceptable. The damage is located precisely where they treated the paint. The coincidence is difficult to ignore, and their refusal to acknowledge the obvious connection is even more frustrating than the damage itself. Now I am facing a repair bill that will likely cost thousands of dollars to repaint the affected areas, all because I trusted Todd's Touch to take care of my vehicle. A professional business should stand behind its work and take responsibility when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Not only was my vehicle damaged, but the company showed no willingness to make things right. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this business. I went in expecting a clean vehicle and walked away with expensive paint damage and a business unwilling to accept responsibility. I would not recommend them in the least.

Jamie is an absolute wizard…read more I couldn't believe my eyes at the result. We bought a used car from 2008, with 226K miles, and it was pretty grimy inside and out. After the full deluxe treatment, it almost looked brand new. I was really asking "how is this possible?" over and over. This service easily added thousands of dollars to the value of the car. The previous owner should have taken it to Jamie before selling it. Under the hood of the 2008 vehicle was one of the dirtiest I had ever seen in my life. It almost made me hesitate to buy the vehicle. But after Jamie's under-hood treatment.... seriously, it's ready to have it's hood open a car show. Such incredible attention to detail, and such professionalism. His shop is also immaculate. Jamie committed one unforgivable act, however: he forgot to take BEFORE photos and videos of the car! :-) I wish I could post them here, because you wouldn't believe your eyes either.

This carwash and I go way back. Like...."before I was even old enough to drive" way back…read more To be honest, I'm not completely sure they even went by the same name. But I know for a fact this location existed for decades. As such, they feature interior and exterior cleaning, drive through and self service, complimentary wax towels and vacuums. There's like 5 different packages to select from for your exterior wash. This place is pretty straightforward. But the one thing I noticed was they're quite the different experience from the likes of Mister Carwash down in El Paso (loose comparison, I know). Basically, you pull up, choose a package, hand your method of payment off to the dude up front, scan and go. The rest is pretty standard procedure (I.E. place in neutral, hands off the wheel, and cruise on through). Unfortunately, they don't have a membership, but they DO have something called "wash books". Might wanna check that out if you're local to Derry....I dunno. One thing I appreciate is the fact that this place doesn't try to cram several cars into the wash like a can of sardines the way other places often do. It's like social distancing for cars. No chance of near-collision due to some re-re hitting the brakes mid-wash. A simple carwash for a simple town. Royal T Car Wash (I see what you guys did there) gets 5 squeaky clean cars social distancing out of 5.
