I called and spoke to Pat who took the time to explain how they do the install and how long it would take. Total cost to mount the bars, run all the cables internal and bleed the ABS brakes was $1800 out the door. The local Harley dealership quoted me north of 2K. Pat made suggestions on bar height and style based on a number of bar installs he had been doing and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Prior to that, I spent time looking on my own, ordering blanks directly from England that didn't work, and finding nowhere around me that could cut a new key for me based on the worn one that I had. I was immediately helped by Pat, who quickly began looking for the appropriate blanks. He was professional and expedient, and was able to find blanks for me. He ordered them, and texted me when they came in. This is a very rare key blank to find. When I arrived at the store to see the blanks, Pat began cutting a copy of my key, which was very worn, as you can imagine, and not easy to replicate. However, he did a fantastic job, and with very little trial and error, cut me three new keys that worked better than the one I had. I was very impressed with his professionalism, friendliness, and overall representation of his business. I would highly recommend them for any audio or key issues people might have.

TLDR; People are great and detailing work was good. The communication/clarity regarding coverage…read moreareas for PPF could've been better, but they promptly reached out and arranged to fix everything and finished the work in a day. Kudos to JP and his team. Let me start off by saying that they are good. It was easy to talk to them and they were very patient in answering all my questions. I got some PPF, interior cleaning and coating and sport ceramic coating done here. The detailing work both interior and exterior were great. When I went to pick up, they were very nice to talk to in person. While the PPF was done well, especially given there were preexisting paint damage to areas and even some clear coat damage. There are some dust specs under the PPF (a few is understandable though so not too huge), some of the edges had lifted. And there was a bit of miscommunication regarding coverage areas. They reached out promptly and scheduled me in to fix everything and did it within a day. All in all, if you're going to get detailing done here, go right for it, but if you're getting PPF, make sure it's crystal clear what you want done but should anything go wrong, they will make it right.
