They explained both options--cleaning the terminal or doing the more complete repair--and I chose to address it properly and replace the amp. Fortunately, they had the exact replacement in stock. The lead tech took the time to check the grounding connection and answer my questions without brushing me off. They also had me test the system before leaving, which I appreciated. Spending more than planned sucked, but fixing the actual problem was the right decision. Glad they had the amp on hand and took the time to explain what was going on.

I can't recommend Jim and Capital Car Audio enough!…read more I wanted to restore a classic car to its original cassette/radio (restored & updated with Bluetooth). Jim did the job right! All the inexplicable & hacky 2010-vintage aftermarket wiring got removed & all the proper wires got the proper connectors reinstalled. After checking the aftermarket amplifier, he connected the classic radio's amplifier to get excellent 4-speaker sound. His attention to detail was superb... he wasn't going to let any nuisance noise into the installation! While I was in the shop, I saw (and heard!) his crew working on full installations in newer cars. They were taking great care with all aspects -- and it was all loud & clear! There aren't a lot of good autosound shops around anymore. Capital Car Audio will be my go-to!

They quickly provided an estimate and helped me with my insurance company (who, naturally, dragged their feet). Three weeks later, I had my new windshield. On the way home, something wasn't right. Turns out there was a defect in the windshield (factory), causing a bifocal effect on the upper margins of the windshield. I brought it back to PG where they confirmed the problem. They ordered a new windshield, only to find that there were none in the system (there had been, but it was damaged by the supplier during shipping). Because it is an HUD windshield, it became more of a challenge. They wound up ordering from a dealer. Now, this is not my first rodeo, so when I got that phone call, I was less than optimistic. Got the call at the end of last week that the windshield was in, and scheduled for the following Tuesday. It's *perfect*. Another quality install and no hassle. No grief about the issues (I mean, it wasn't my fault, it wasn't theirs, but it's still a pain in the butt). STRONGLY recommend these guys!

It smelled so good and I loved the deep clean - absolutely worth every last cent. I then lost everything I own in a house fire in August. I was able to get a few things back, mostly clothes, which were soaking wet and covered in ash and soot. If you've ever smelled one, you know how distinct the smell of a house fire is, and it's so hard to get the smell out, so it seemed like a nearly impossible task to get the smell out of my car after wet, soot covered clothes were laying on my fabric seats. PressureWorks achieved the impossible, and my car was left looking, AND smelling, just as good as the first time they detailed it.
