Saying Committed Collision goes above and beyond doesn't scratch the surface of my experience with…read morethem. After the unfortunate experience of getting punted into another vehicle on the highway, I sent my car to Committed for repair. With extensive damage to the front and rear of my vehicle, I was nervous about getting the car repaired at all (versus written off), knowing vehicles are never quite right after an accident. Those fears were quickly put to the side after talking with Bryan, the owner of the shop. He gave me a call right away, telling me his approach to the business and plan for the car. As a side note, I find it hard to find anyone who really cares about their quality of work these days, and it was immediately clear with Bryan that he stands out from the rest. I literally can not say enough good things about this business, but here's a few highlights of my experience. - Called right away to talk me through the process and give me a timeline - Literally spent an hour going through all that was repaired - Extremely communicative and responsive throughout the process - When they said they would do something, they followed through exceptionally well, and without me having to bring things back up - After there was a delay in getting the car done due to unforeseen circumstances, they did everything they could to make it up to me, including and certainly not limited to offering a rental at no cost, working after hours (which I can attest to), and dropping the car off at my home. I will note that I am very particular and have the potential to a pain in the side if anything goes wrong. I did not worry once with Committed and literally got my car back in better shape than it was in before the accident, for which I am extremely grateful. Thank you Brian, Derek, and the rest of the Committed Collision team!

I scheduled 2 of our vehicles for inspections and repairs and was blown away by the communication, the education, and the value. All auto repairs can be sticker shock inducing, however the people at Committed Collision were able to explain the reasoning behind their recommended repairs. They also allowed for me to take my vehicle elsewhere to go out for a second opinion. No pressure, just calm reasoning. I felt very comfortable with their service. I will be going back and recommend others do as well.

Scott and his wife have built an outstanding business and reputation, and on top of that they are a great part of our community. I've taken multiple cars to Scott's, with multiple issues ranging from basic maintenance (brakes, oil changes, etc.) to major issues (collision repair and the like) and I would never bring my car anywhere else. I also have a 1972 Chevy Nova that Scott has worked on over the past 5 years. I brought it to Scott initially based on word-of-mouth, and I'll tell you that I've never met anyone that knows more about classic autos, let alone autos in general. That car is like a baby to me, and I wouldn't bring it anywhere else. At this point, I hand Scott the keys and tell him to do whatever he thinks needs to be done and I'll bring the check when he tells me he's done. Not only is he extremely fair (I actually told him several times he's too fair!) but he treats the work on that car and my other vehicles as though he were doing the work for himself or his family. It's great to have a business like this in Exeter, but I'll tell you if he were an hour away I'd still make the drive. Thanks for the great work over the years Scott.

The receptionist (never got her name) would call to update me on my car and it's progress multiple times throughout the week, and had an air of kindness and warmth that rivaled that of some close relatives. The finished product (repairing smashed tail light and dented/scratched metal) looks somehow better than it did when I first got the car, and only took 5 days, which is exactly what Jason had estimated prior to receiving the car for repair. Outstanding communication, efficiency, and overall work, the finished product far surpassed my expectations as did the customer experience.
