Perhaps if I'd had more time and spotted everything then, think they would have made another pass on more of it. But really want a detailer to be thorough and professional. A pro knows these areas need cleaning, and knows how to do it. And definitely someone who knows what to look for should inspect the car and declare it clean or send staff back before saying it's ready. As a customer I'd have to have a "check-it" list in the future to see if everything that should have been cleaned was.

The worst was seeing several areas on both sides of the car with spots of white wax on the doors. I had to wipe that off. I am quite confident if I had gone back, they would have helped me. After the unfortunate experience of getting punted into another vehicle on the highway, I sent my car to Committed for repair. With extensive damage to the front and rear of my vehicle, I was nervous about getting the car repaired at all (versus written off), knowing vehicles are never quite right after an accident. Those fears were quickly put to the side after talking with Bryan, the owner of the shop. He gave me a call right away, telling me his approach to the business and plan for the car. As a side note, I find it hard to find anyone who really cares about their quality of work these days, and it was immediately clear with Bryan that he stands out from the rest. I literally can not say enough good things about this business, but here's a few highlights of my experience. - Called right away to talk me through the process and give me a timeline - Literally spent an hour going through all that was repaired - Extremely communicative and responsive throughout the process - When they said they would do something, they followed through exceptionally well, and without me having to bring things back up - After there was a delay in getting the car done due to unforeseen circumstances, they did everything they could to make it up to me, including and certainly not limited to offering a rental at no cost, working after hours (which I can attest to), and dropping the car off at my home. I had one dryer take my money but only go for a sm amount of time and then shut off. The attendant fixed the problem but I still lost money. Two weeks later different dryer, I put money in for 30 min. When it starts I noticed it shows 5 minutes. I thought I made the mistake so did it again and same thing happened.
