I need to launder a summer king size quilted bedspread as well as a Woolrich throw that I had for…read moreyears. The throw although it was supposed to be able to launder, had a leather type backing. It was rather large too. Do I take it to the dry cleaners or do it myself at a laundromat? I picked this laundromat because it was close and appeared to be not busy. Machines looked brand new and stainless steel. The washers were clearly marked for load size: 20, 30, 40, 50 lbs. I picked two 30 lbs snd as navigating the cc reader, they were up and running. Maybe took me 30' to wash both, dry the bedspread and I was off. Loved it! Made my day.

A young lady working there helped us navigate which machines and settings would work best. They have extra large commercial washing and dryer machines which is why we were there. There is a quarter machine that takes only bills up to 20 dollar denomination so leave the credit card and smart apps at home. If you forget your laundry soap, bleach or softener there is a cash only machine as well. They offer a drop off and pickup and drop off service which is a great for those without cars or unable to walk. It's clean, has large screen TV and small vending machine with a few snacks all costing just one dollar!

My whole closet, all the clothing I hung them next to... I unwrapped them and "aired" them out, but the smell was just terrible. Smelled like old take out and dirty carpet or something- just really bad. I paid almost $500 for this. These clothes were brand new, never worn. I didn't want to wreck them before my conference, but unfortunately, this cleaners wrecked them. One white blouse had a blue mark slashed through the back of it also. I will have to try and wash that one maybe by hand or something. Just so disappointed... and for $500!!

Later in the day I returned to use the laundromat and the same staff member showed me how to use the washer and dryer. I was there for just about an hour and left with a beautiful clean blanket. When a washer wouldn't accept my credit card management stepped right in to help. While I was there staff were constantly cleaning the machines and maintaining the space which is warm and sunny. Thanks again for your help !

Sides and back of steering wheel still dirty. Ring from a drink left on the top glass. Have found a couple of almonds, etc. down side of passenger seat - so not fully cleaned there either. Perhaps if I'd had more time and spotted everything then, think they would have made another pass on more of it. But really want a detailer to be thorough and professional. A pro knows these areas need cleaning, and knows how to do it. And definitely someone who knows what to look for should inspect the car and declare it clean or send staff back before saying it's ready. As a customer I'd have to have a "check-it" list in the future to see if everything that should have been cleaned was.

So this means that a $4.50 cleaning charge will now be $6.00 EVEN though Master Card is only charging 12 cents (3% MAX) for the use of the card. This is such an unfortunate policy that borders on unethical overcharging. I am willing to pay the 3% Mastercard fee, but I am not going to be robbed by such an outrageous and unethical overcharge. Very sad. I am off to find another Dry Cleaner. One who is ethical. Such an irony that they call themselves, "We Care" and they overcharge you so blatantly.
