I went in to wash a couple of large blankets as they are too big for my washing machine. From the minute I walked in, this man was micro-managing how I placed the blankets in the machine, and after they ran, how there was dog hair and lint left in one of the machines I had used. The man wanted me to pay $7.50 to run the machine again, he said this is their policy. Since there is no signage indicating such a practice is required, I offered to clean it myself with disinfectant. The man refused to allow me to clean the machine but continued to publicly yell at me for washing a dirty blanket. I told the man that I would not be back and he said he would be sending my picture to the laundromat across the street so they wouldn't allow me in. So I was publicly yelled at and apparently banned from this laundromat. I would pre-wash your clothes before going and don't make eye contact with the employees here.
