Second, the washers inside were dirty--they clearly don't run a cleaning cycle. Fine, I bleach wiped mine and found an insane amount of gross mildew. I was desperate and just spent 20min cleaning 3 washers so I moved forward. This was after work, I get out at 7p. Started wash at almost 8p and got harassed like another user who wanted to leave from 9-950 when I left with 8m on my dryer bc I couldn't take them annoying me anymore. Try another place first imo.

Since, I've been bringing my wash/dry/fold laundry on a week day morning. They aren't anywhere as busy and it's been great! I'm not one for fabric softener or the usage of dryer sheets and ask that they refrain from using them. The service isn't anywhere as expensive as I thought it would be. And, it's a great feeling to drive up tired after a long day at work & have everything clean, ready, & folded neatly all ready to go....I'm very grateful!

This laundromat is the worst. They have two locations. This one and another one a little further…read moredown the street. The bathrooms are always locked & there's no one to unlock it if a customer needs to use it. The same person that takes care of the other location is the same that takes care of this one. They've seem to forget about this location. The reason I'm leaving this review is because I came to pick up my sister and she told me she had been needing to use the bathroom for more than an hour but there was no one to open it for them. Also it was a really hot and humid day and guess what? No AC. They have fans but they were turned off. So today I come to give my sister a ride again and same situation. There is no one around, fans are off even though it is so hot today that kids got half a day in school. For your own safety, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAUNDROMAT!

When I got home…read moreand started putting the cloths away I noticed they were still wet and horribly folded and the white close look like they were washed with the colors cause they the whites came out darker them expected assuming they used the bleach they charged me for and I requested them to use and I had cloths missing as well .They charged me a lot of money for these services , seems like they don't care at all about the costumers , if this is the horrible service they have to offer the public. My question is how is this place still not out of business yet or not shut down ? They were very rude , said they didn't believe me that the cloths were still wet and that I was missing clothing , refused to give me my money back.
