The sweater was purchased in November 2025 for approximately $500. I immediately returned to the cleaner to report the damage. The person working there immediately called it an "old sweater" and insisted the holes were caused by moths. When I explained that the sweater was relatively new, had no holes before cleaning, and that I store my cashmere in protective bags, he became extremely argumentative and actually yelled at me. I later returned with my receipt documenting the purchase date and price. By then, a repair had already been attempted, which I found noticeably and poorly done. What concerned me almost as much as the damage was the way I was treated. A customer raising a legitimate concern should be spoken to respectfully, even if there is disagreement about the cause. Instead, I was met with yelling, dismissiveness, and blame. I left the store shaken and very disappointed by the entire experience.

The washers are brand new, environmentally friendly, fairly quick, and seemed to make my white clothing and towels even whiter, if that's possible. I put my lighter items in one small washer, the dark items in another, then used a medium-sized dryer to dry them all. I like how you can buy as much drying time as you need with the medium-sized dryers instead of wasting quarters. There is a change machine on the premises that will change up to $20 bills into quarters and an adequate amount of seating and folding tables. Perfect location as it's right near the Market Basket down the street so I can hit the supermarket after cleaning my clothes. Will definitely be back!

However, the woman who helped measure me and pinned my dress knew her stuff. She was very thorough and kept rechecking to make sure I had enough space. She told me my dress would be ready to pick up in one week. The price for my alteration was a little more than I anticipated ($18), but the work done was flawless.
