Sides and back of steering wheel still dirty. Ring from a drink left on the top glass. Have found a couple of almonds, etc. down side of passenger seat - so not fully cleaned there either. Perhaps if I'd had more time and spotted everything then, think they would have made another pass on more of it. But really want a detailer to be thorough and professional. A pro knows these areas need cleaning, and knows how to do it. And definitely someone who knows what to look for should inspect the car and declare it clean or send staff back before saying it's ready. As a customer I'd have to have a "check-it" list in the future to see if everything that should have been cleaned was.

But I know for a fact this location existed for decades. As such, they feature interior and exterior cleaning, drive through and self service, complimentary wax towels and vacuums. There's like 5 different packages to select from for your exterior wash. This place is pretty straightforward. But the one thing I noticed was they're quite the different experience from the likes of Mister Carwash down in El Paso (loose comparison, I know). Basically, you pull up, choose a package, hand your method of payment off to the dude up front, scan and go. The rest is pretty standard procedure (I.E. place in neutral, hands off the wheel, and cruise on through). Unfortunately, they don't have a membership, but they DO have something called "wash books". Might wanna check that out if you're local to Derry....I dunno. One thing I appreciate is the fact that this place doesn't try to cram several cars into the wash like a can of sardines the way other places often do. It's like social distancing for cars. No chance of near-collision due to some re-re hitting the brakes mid-wash. A simple carwash for a simple town. Royal T Car Wash (I see what you guys did there) gets 5 squeaky clean cars social distancing out of 5.

After the unfortunate experience of getting punted into another vehicle on the highway, I sent my car to Committed for repair. With extensive damage to the front and rear of my vehicle, I was nervous about getting the car repaired at all (versus written off), knowing vehicles are never quite right after an accident. Those fears were quickly put to the side after talking with Bryan, the owner of the shop. He gave me a call right away, telling me his approach to the business and plan for the car. As a side note, I find it hard to find anyone who really cares about their quality of work these days, and it was immediately clear with Bryan that he stands out from the rest. I literally can not say enough good things about this business, but here's a few highlights of my experience. - Called right away to talk me through the process and give me a timeline - Literally spent an hour going through all that was repaired - Extremely communicative and responsive throughout the process - When they said they would do something, they followed through exceptionally well, and without me having to bring things back up - After there was a delay in getting the car done due to unforeseen circumstances, they did everything they could to make it up to me, including and certainly not limited to offering a rental at no cost, working after hours (which I can attest to), and dropping the car off at my home. I will note that I am very particular and have the potential to a pain in the side if anything goes wrong. I did not worry once with Committed and literally got my car back in better shape than it was in before the accident, for which I am extremely grateful. Thank you Brian, Derek, and the rest of the Committed Collision team!

I scheduled 2 of our vehicles for inspections and repairs and was blown away by the communication, the education, and the value. All auto repairs can be sticker shock inducing, however the people at Committed Collision were able to explain the reasoning behind their recommended repairs. They also allowed for me to take my vehicle elsewhere to go out for a second opinion. No pressure, just calm reasoning. I felt very comfortable with their service. I will be going back and recommend others do as well.

When purchased years ago, the pale interior was spotless and had since acquired the array of stains that came with all of our adventures and some dreaded slime that somehow found its way into the vehicle and was forgotten about on the floor. Did I mention kids? Anyway, I made an appointment as a birthday gift to my fellow kid wrangler since it is primarily him who had to endure the sour milk scent everyday during his work commute (despite basic attempts to clean). Valencia Detailing immediately got the vehicle in and were able to clean it inside & out overnight! Jaime updated me with photos in the morning and I couldn't believe my eyes when I opened the doors to find that it looked (and smelled) like it had when we first bought it years ago! This was quite the undertaking for thee cost and one night of hard work and I'm very appreciative. Highly recommend!
