Their prices are reasonable (my oil change costs me less than Jiffy Lube). They used have some issues with getting the work done in the promised time, as a reviewer from a few years ago noted. I think that may have been due to staffing shortages. I haven't had any problems with that more recently, and I've noticed there are some new personnel there now. They also did a remodel which has dramatically improved their waiting area. Keegan is a reputable family run business and has more of a personal touch than other auto repair places I have been. The owner seems to care about keeping customers happy and correcting any issues brought to his attention. I definitely recommend!

Saying Committed Collision goes above and beyond doesn't scratch the surface of my experience with…read morethem. After the unfortunate experience of getting punted into another vehicle on the highway, I sent my car to Committed for repair. With extensive damage to the front and rear of my vehicle, I was nervous about getting the car repaired at all (versus written off), knowing vehicles are never quite right after an accident. Those fears were quickly put to the side after talking with Bryan, the owner of the shop. He gave me a call right away, telling me his approach to the business and plan for the car. As a side note, I find it hard to find anyone who really cares about their quality of work these days, and it was immediately clear with Bryan that he stands out from the rest. I literally can not say enough good things about this business, but here's a few highlights of my experience. - Called right away to talk me through the process and give me a timeline - Literally spent an hour going through all that was repaired - Extremely communicative and responsive throughout the process - When they said they would do something, they followed through exceptionally well, and without me having to bring things back up - After there was a delay in getting the car done due to unforeseen circumstances, they did everything they could to make it up to me, including and certainly not limited to offering a rental at no cost, working after hours (which I can attest to), and dropping the car off at my home. I will note that I am very particular and have the potential to a pain in the side if anything goes wrong. I did not worry once with Committed and literally got my car back in better shape than it was in before the accident, for which I am extremely grateful. Thank you Brian, Derek, and the rest of the Committed Collision team!

I scheduled 2 of our vehicles for inspections and repairs and was blown away by the communication, the education, and the value. All auto repairs can be sticker shock inducing, however the people at Committed Collision were able to explain the reasoning behind their recommended repairs. They also allowed for me to take my vehicle elsewhere to go out for a second opinion. No pressure, just calm reasoning. I felt very comfortable with their service. I will be going back and recommend others do as well.

The salesman Ben was a pleasure to work with. No high pressure bull crap, just quick answers to all my initial questions with no foxy pauses to consult with the manager or finance team. I felt like I was working with a neighbor and that he was on my side. I even decided to consider a second vehicle mid-negotiations and Ben was great about it and listened carefully to my concerns that I was worried about a 2-wheel drive car in New England winters. We landed on the Sonata and I took it for a test drive. My initial impressions of the car were very high. But 4 days and 400 miles later I am in love with the car. I have been fortunate enough to own many expensive vehicles in my lifetime including the truck I also presently own which is a high luxury vehicle costing over 3 times the price of my Sonata. I can say so far that at any price the Sonata is one of the most comfortable and best performing vehicles I have owned. It is very futuristic. The interior especially feels like a gaming cockpit and the seats are as comfortable as any expensive gaming chair. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. I will update this review as the years go by to further expand on my experience but so far I could not be happier with my 2025 Hyundai Sonata and the entire team at McFarland Hyundai
