Rick and his team are thorough, detailed, and address every issue noted, with follow-up phone calls and written notes. Their service notes make it easy to schedule upcoming, major maintainenance and add to the vehicle's value by demonstrating service history. A few months ago I took the allroad in for a major service. It was handled well by service manager Rick and technician Joel, including some non-standard requests, and a driver who gave me a ride at 5:30pm to the C&J bus stop, right when he was about to leave for the day. Soon after I drove in to pick up some parts. At the parts counter the parts manager printed out an exploded parts diagram to make installation easier. On my way out I mentioned to the service representative (not Rick, the other gent) that the brake pedal was a bit softer since the last service. He had technician Joel drive the car, find the issue and fix it, within 30 minutes. Audi dealerships don't always have the best reputation for servicing vehicles that are not brand new. Stratham Audi's level of service and customer focus has kept me coming back even after I moved closer to a Boston dealer. Keep up the great work!

Most recently I booked a service and reserved a loaner vehicle after receiving an emailed coupon for a discount to return. I decided to give them one more chance. I showed up 10 minutes early and was told that they don't do loaner vehicles for the two services I booked. My reservation confirmation showed a loaner vehicle but they refused to give me one, so I had to take my car and leave to make some work meetings. No one called or emailed me to say that they don't do loaner vehicles for the type of service I booked so I could come prepared to do work on site while waiting. And I've 1000% had a loaner vehicle for that kind of service before. I drove 30 minutes each way to have such a poor experience and wasted a significant portion of my valuable morning. They have lost me as a customer and as someone who's vehicle is 8+ years old, I will likely be in the market for a new vehicle soon and will absolutely not consider this dealership when it comes time to look.

I brought my Mercedes in to have the spark plugs changed (6 of them) And the engine air filter…read morechanged. I sat and waited and watched. The entire job took one hour. I was charged $600 for the labor. I was told it took two guys an hour and a half to change six spark plugs and the engine air filter. I sat there and watched and it took less that 60 minutes. And during that hour, the lead mechanic took 2 phone calls and spent 10 minutes on each phone call. His assistant, that he seemed to be teaching, just stood around while he was on the phone. I questioned why it was so much and was told by the owner, Tom, that it was completely justified. He was upstairs in his office the entire time. This is the first time that I have been to this business and I told Tom that I would never come back because I can't afford their prices and I also felt that they had taken advantage just because I'm elderly. I also told him that I would never recommend his business to anyone. He told me to do what I have to do (basically get lost). He's been in business for many years (After having read some of the other reviews. I'm surprised he's still in business).... I have to say I am so very disappointed, because I wanted to give my business to this small business man in downtown Hampton. But I can't afford his prices and I feel that he took advantage of me and is not an honest man.

Phone system gets you an overseas answering service which rings the manager - no answer, they will call back. No call back a day later, ring again and you can leave a voice mail - again no call back. Ring up the technician onsite, who says you should call corporate. After reaching out to customer service at corporate and being re-directed to different departments, finally someone answers their phone and says they can help. Again this sounds like overseas back office contractor. They cannot find the Customer ID number which is printed on my invoice. They said to send an e-mail to the corporate address they provided. No response to the e-mail. Send a backup e-mail a week later, and still no response whatever. I have finally decided to give up on this useless Monro customer service and use Yelp to share my experience. This company only cares about taking your money, and could not care less about working out any problems you may have after their service. Their response tag line is, "We're not in business to disappoint customers" but that is exactly the effect of their customer service process - there is no support provided, and disappointed customers will not bring their business to this company again. The problem is with corporate management cutting costs by taking away customer service. You are much better off patronizing any other company where they might care about keeping their customers happy.

Each time when I showed up for the appointment I was told that they were too behind and didn't have time to look at it. 3 fucking times within 4 days! I understand they're busy. But I'm not asking them to fix it. I'm looking for a new car, so I just want them to check it out and see what the problem is. Why should I schedule another appointment?! So I can show up a 4th time when they're too busy? I've lost all respect for this shop.
