I've been a long time customer and I hate to say how disappointed I've been these past couple of months. We use this company to manage all our phone lines as well our company's network. The owner, Gio works based on his mood. One day things are running smoothly and another day it's a mess. Our phones and internet doesn't run properly and he turns his cellphone off so there's no way of getting in communication with him. Also this recent weekend, he showed up unannounced and decide to clean up a network that was working completely fine. Now Monday comes around and our internet and phones are completely down. Gio shows up with an intern whom he instructs all my staff not to talk to. He promises to fix the problem within 15 minutes which later turns in to 2.5 hours. Gio decides to walk off on the job without informing me or any managers until a couple of hours later when he decides to email us a letter he will be back in the evening since he couldn't complete the job when the office is running. How is this the client's fault? We had a working network. How does one decide randomly to come into their client's office and take their network apart and fix when it is working completely fine? This is only one of my current issue with this company. It's already Wednesday and company isn't working as it used to since Gio again is avoiding our calls and emails. To top things off, he takes our completely brand new chrome cast which he advised that we need to purchase since the current one is 3 years old. We've sent him several messages asking for our property back and he never responds to any of our emails. This isn't the first occasion, every time he comes in an item is constantly missing. What kind of company likes to work during the evening and not interact with his client. He only comes in when he pleases and has not yet returned our keys or our items. I think this is a lesson learn, you cannot always forgive and forget when someone acts shady. All I can say is if you're looking for someone to screw you over this is the company to use. If you want someone reliable who completes their job and responds to their client on a timely manner and during working hours. PLEASE look elsewhere!!! read more

I have seriously wasted hours and hours looking for an honest, reliable, trustworthy IT guy for my company and now that i found Gio i wont ever have to look again. Gio is the best at what he does. He is not a hit and run kinda of company that just wants your money once the job is done, he honestly wants to make a happy customer. Time and time again he occasionally checks in on me, the company, his services and his products. As an office manager i don't have the luxury of checking in with him, but he as a business owners understands that and stays on top of things. He has also fixed company computers that were infected with viruses (trojans/worms), blue screen of death, any issues you name it his fixed it. He will even make recommendations on how to protect yourself from getting anymore viruses. He also makes recommendations on how to keep your computers running in top shape, after time and hours upon hours of use my employees complained about computers lagging, freezing, slowness, etc. Gio continues to go to school, so he can keep up with a changing world of technology so you wont have to ever worry about him not knowing how to do something. If you are looking for pc help, smartphone help, network help, if you need with anything that involves technology just call Gio before you call anywhere else. I would highly recommend Sytematic Solutions for any of your IT and phone issues. Giovani was very helpful in our transition to a VOIP phone system with 3CX system. The set up and transition was virtually seamless. We also had some network issues with cables all over the place, these where organized and mounted in a professional manor. I wish I had a before photo of our phone box to show what a big difference Giovani made. What an amazing service!!! At first I wasn't sure if I should hire Systematic Solutions to do the job because there are other companies out there that have more reviews. After all I am so glad I hired Giovanni to do the job. He replaced all the CAT5 with Cat6 wires in the whole office because the new phone system wasn't compatible with Cat 5. He successfully installed all the cat 6 wiring without any problems and he even went the extra mile and organized all network and other cables very neatly. I was in need of a new Server for my business with some very tough applications that don't run well on a Server. I was really nervous trying to find someone who could help me out with my phone . I wanted to root and install a custom ROM on my at&t lg g2. After numerous attempts trying to do this myself i came to the conclusion I was in over my head. My man pride kicked in and I found it hard to reach out for help. I started calling and texting people who did this kind of work and could not find anyone who I felt comfortable enough to trust with my five hundred dollar phone. Then I found Gio. He texted me back right away and didn't make me feel like a moron for what I did and what I wanted to do with my phone. He got the necessary files and gave me a really super good price. There were some issues with the files that the developers sent over and we seemed to be hitting the same road blocks I hit doing it myself. But Gio was so persistent and and he went through the script and found a few errors and fixed the problems with a few strokes of the keyboard.
