Cuz, heaven forbid the staff would have to actually do the task. While I am not yet victimized by the digital divide, I really didn't want to spend my time figuring out their POS system. Each service is nickel and dime. At my last oil change, ( different location) I was able to order a 'high mileage vehicle synthetic oil". Here, nah but you can buy a synthetic oil and add on a high mileage pour-over for a fee. In the olden days, they would show you the parts they recommend to be replaced and offer the chance to repair. Now this location states there is a problem on the invoice but by the time you see it, your car is already pulled out of the bay. Once upon a time, all windows would be cleaned and the floor mats vacuumed. Here, they proudly tell you the front window was washed and offer you a moist towelette to do your own dashboard. Whee; such a treat. I know everywhere is doing less and charging more, but I will remember what good service was like until my dying day. (Hint: it's not at this location.) Long story longer: I will not be back.

Two outside sitting areas and the normal waiting room inside. The customer service here has always been very good. Today was no different. An associate named Andrew was top notch...from receiving (writing up service needed/requested) vehicles as they came in, to working hard in the "garage". Then of course was the Manager (Jose) who has helped me several times in previous visits and is also extremely Customer Service centric . Normally, when I need an Oil Change , the Crew at this location get me "in, done and out" within an hour...which really isn't bad. At the register, they "run down" the services and "checks of the vehicle" that were provided before they present you with the bill...which also seems pretty reasonable. Personally, getting an Oil Changed done is about as thrilling as going to the dentist, but the Jiffy Lube in Paso Robles makes the experience more than tolerable. Then midway through they'll shut it off, so I'll have to go back, they'll begrudgingly turn it on again, and I'll have to go back to my car and so on and so forth... With the employees here, it's completely the opposite! Because I wanted to use Apple Pay inside they let me fill up my tank first and then allowed me to pay for it later. Imagine doing that in LA! When I asked about air, one of the mechanics actually checked each of my tires for me and even went underneath the car to grab a valve-cap that I had dropped. And they waved us goodbye and thanked us for coming! No, thank YOU!! This station deserves ALL the Mobil awards! PS. The gas was cheaper than the other stations in the area!

When I called, they offered several convenient options to get it in asap, and even offered a ride home after dropping it off. Tim helped me out day-of, and was fantastic. Professional, communicative, and patient. He kept me updated on my car and explained the repairs needed clearly and succinctly, educating me on what my car needed without any extra sales pitches or pressure. When it became apparently that it might be a wait based on what was needed, he scheduled me a Lyft to help me to make my next meeting on time. After repair, my car's AC is working great, and I'll reiterate that their offer of a Lyft to and from their shop made what could have been a stressful day significantly easier. Cost of repair was completely fair and transparent. Highly recommend them for service, fair pricing, and quality work.
