The rude Daughter just walked off during the conversation. I even asked her to just calm down and have a conversation about it. $4800 is a lot of money for the same problem to persist after the service is done. I was referred any a builder friend who said they should warranty their work. They were full of nothing but excuses. I left them know I'd have to seek legal recourse. She just said "go ahead".

This trait is lacking with many companies I deal with in the Austin area.

Wastewater Transport Services was actually recommended by another honest septic company that turned it down. Their smaller trucks were not powerful enough. Ash from WWTS was very nice and honestly couldn't give me a price until they came out to look. He let me know it would require two guys and a longer on site time. Rudy who came out was great, Assured me it wouldn't need any crazy equipment like I had previously been quoted. He'd seen it and done many similar jobs before. Rudy came out as scheduled and toughed out the extra hours and a ton of trips up and down my steps. It went great. He showed me inside the tanks after the job and explained the work. Their truck left marks all over my driveway and a huge oil stain from their truck engine. Quoted price: $350. Actually charged: $540. Price quoted was for 1500 gallon tank. They knew it was a 1500 gallon tank. Their excuse for overcharging? "Well, sometimes a 1500 gallon tank (made of steel, by the way) actually holds 1700 gallons."
