That's Lambert Landscaping! I know you have already read this but WOW I'm totally blow away. We needed a new sprinkler system done since our tubing was old and cracking. So we have used twice now and when I say what an excellent all around group of people I mean it! They were all respectful, kind, and really left my yard looking great!! I hired Outside Living Concepts to complete my landscaping project in May 2023. Unfortunately, the…read moredrip irrigation system they installed has become a major issue. Just this summer alone, I've had to repair and replace nine separate sections of the drip line due to leaks. At this point, I've replaced roughly 50% of the entire system myself. What concerns me most is that every leak has occurred in the same type of tubing, which is visibly worn and deteriorated. I even cleaned sections of the removed tubing to make sure dirt wasn't making it look worse--the material is simply degraded. For comparison, I installed another drip irrigation system line in 2021 using different materials. Despite being about two years older than the system installed by Outside Living Concepts, it has experienced only a single leak. I understand the project is now outside of its warranty period, but I don't believe a drip irrigation system should experience this level of failure after only a few years. The amount of time, labor, and money I've had to invest to continually dig up and replace the system has been extremely frustrating. What has been equally disappointing is the follow-through. After discussing the issue, the project manager told me they would send a crew out to repair the next leak. Just two days later, another leak occurred. I immediately reached out, but now two weeks have passed without anyone coming out or any meaningful follow-up. I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I had hoped for better quality and, when problems arose, better customer support. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Outside Living Concepts.

Trustworthy, Meticulous, and Conscientious!…read more This review is lengthy but worth the read. JP and his crew at Deep South Pacific LLC removed our 1700 square foot 20-year-old sandstone patio surrounding our pool and replaced it with pavers. Upon meeting JP, he was friendly and honest about what work needed to be done and how long it would take. After going through the "needs" to be addressed, JP was also eager to hear what our "wants" were in order to incorporate it all together on ONE BIG JOB. There were curved areas surrounding our kidney shaped pool, a BBQ island, a walkway, as well as a raised patio where our fireplace is. JP gave us a fair price for the work to be done. He kept within his budget, which was super important to us. He managed the job perfectly within the time frame that he told us it would be done in. There were so many cuts they had to make for our patio, and all were done perfectly. The crew showed up with big smiles every morning and were very nice. They never missed a business day from the day they started. They cleaned the job site after every day and made sure to put everything out of sight at night. Deep South Pacific LLC removed an old drain that was the cause of a lot of our problems with water retention on our patio. We also discovered that the original patio from the previous owner was done incorrectly, causing the stones to dissolve. We also had one landscape light on the side of the raised patio and wanted to have 3 in total as well as have lights in a landscape island. JP gave us all our needs and wants, happily. JP cares about the work he is doing for you very much. They were so meticulous and professional laying out the grid for the pavers, re-pitching the slope of our patio to assure the water would flow the best way possible, and incorporated a new design to the patio for us. Even when I was unsure of the color we wanted, JP was there to make brilliant suggestions and we could not be happier with the results. He was on site every day and was the first one here day one and the last one to leave on the last day. We talked every day because he wanted to make sure we were happy, and he was eager to address any issues that might have come up. They were truly so amazing to work with that it was sad to know they would not be here afterwards. We will certainly have JP come back to do our courtyard next. You will immediately know that JP is the best person for your job as soon as you meet him. He is warm and approachable, open to brainstorming, and eager to make sure you love the work you hire him to do. We highly recommend JP for your patio work and we know you will not be disappointed. It has been an absolute pleasure to gush about him and his work and we look forward to having him come back again and again for other projects.
