WOW! Wanted to see if Swizzler the restaurant could be as good as Swizzler the food truck, and the answer is...YUM! The bacon cheddar jalapeño burger was fantastic. Loved the thick cut bacon combined with the heat of the jalapeños. And the bun was buttery and delicious. Ordered the parmesan truffle fries on the side and was NOT disappointed. I am always on the lookout for a good burger, so when I saw Swizzler was open I was pumped. I live in Navy Yard and I'm always bummed that my only fast casual options are Five Guys and Shake Shack. But those days are over because Swizzler is my new go to! I got the Swizz Stack (their signature burger) with the flavor bomb and the parm truffle fries. They were DELICIOUS!! Loved every bite. And added bonus was that the customer service was on point. The only thing missing from their menu is shakes. Shakes would make this meal extra fire. But I won't ding them for what they don't have. Tried the Bacon Jalapeño burger and large fries. The total was 14.50. The burger was a little pink inside so I asked one of the employees to remake it and they did with NO problem. I'm pregnant and should've asked for it well done. All in all, the workers were very nice and the place was clean. I was thinking of getting another burger before I left, but decided not to. I was down in Navy Yard for the Nats game and was craving a burger but didn't want to deal with the crazy lines at Shake shack, so I popped open the Yelp app and stumbled upon Swizzler. I really wasn't sure what to expect but I'm glad I gave it a try! I just got the most basic thing that I could, a single patty burger and fries (I splurged for the truffle variety). Even though there were a decent amount of people in line, it didn't take very long for my order to come out hot and piping fresh. I decided to take it outside and eat it there as it was a gorgeous day. My burger was flavorful and juicy and cooked perfectly. The cheese was melted but not burnt, and the special sauce that they put on added just the right hint of flavor. And the bun was perfectly toasted. I also thoroughly enjoyed the fries - they were hot and crispy on the outside and perfectly tender on the inside. $14 for a burger, fries and a cola from a company I have never heard of, DAMN RIGHT! They nailed it. This is everything a burger is supposed to me. It is a double stack with the perfect amount of salt to get a good crust on the burger when the is cooled on the flattop. The 100% grass fed beef always has a better taste than something fed corn it's entire life too. All the toppings are top shelf and the fries appear to be hand cut. The ?????? sauce for the flies was amazing too. BOYLAN COLA I guess has been around since the later part of the 1800s, but I have never heard of them until today. I am a fan. It taste like a coke and a cream soda had some sort of strange love child no one talks about. I love it. I will be at this truck again when they are by L'Enfant. read more

Excellent beet burger! I was familiar with their food trucks and wanted to try the brick and mortar. Stomach Heaven on wheels now has a place to sit with top notch service as well. Everything about my meal was great! The Parmesan truffle fries were amazing. I can't wait to go back and try another burger. As an added bonus, I was able to meet and speak with one of the owners Jesse and his fiancé. As I told them, I will be back next time I'm in town from Aurora, IL. Have lived in the Navy Yard area for 4+ years and I hadn't ever seen this spot, so I decided to check it out. It was a pretty simple and small spot, which I neither liked nor disliked. Wasn't trying to get anything too crazy, so I went for a classic double with a small fry. Let me say, for how simple my order was, this was amazing. The burger itself was great, with a nice, not soft bun, two fresh patties and some American cheese, but what really left a great first impression was the fries, with a great crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Let me also add that I got way more fries than I thought I would considering I got a small. I'll definitely be returning for a more elaborate burger, and perhaps the Parmesan fries as well. Definitely a great spot to hit up, and the lines weren't long and the wait for the food was short too on a Thursday afternoon! read more

Stopped by Swizzler by the Ballpark to grab an American Standard Meal after a long day in the hospital. What should have been a simple request since I choose them over five guys was the worst for me. I only live within blocks of the place so I expected the food to be somewhat warm and inviting. NOT! to my surprise I open up to eat a few fries before I began with the burger only to see that only scraps were in the container and not a lot either. (It must have been one of the cooks because it clearly couldn't have been part of my order.) Well, I decided to have a bite of my All American Berger and I know they preference that their food comes out fast, but no one mention cold. I tried calling the restaurant and I got option after option of AI and not a person. Option 5 ask me to log onto team@swizzlerfoods.com which only lead me to twitter, menu, and other sites other that how to speak or write to a team member to get some type of resolve. The food truck came to serve our condo today at Lexington Square in Arlington. They were pristine and polite. Our burgers and fries were excellent. No clue how the food tastes. One hotdog and a small fry took more than 20min when it wasn't crowded. If you only have 30min for lunch then don't waste it here. Also the music was too loud considering there wasn't any sound absorbing material. It made ordering difficult. read more

Swizler is a fantastic burger place and I love it every time I go in person I have a fantastic experience but when I want to have the luxury of enjoying Swizler from home I often run into issues I honestly don't understand how or why you can make certain modifications in person in store that you cannot make online and the modification is literally as simple as adding lettuce to my signature burger and extra pickles. You all need to update your third-party apps so you can order online just as though you can order in person there are certain add-ons that are missing from online and you guys are missing out on money and the fact that you guys don't have a phone line where you can actually get in contact with someone who works at the store it's just inconveniencing customers that's a simple fix. I really love the food here but it's ridiculous that you have to go in person to have a great experience every time. read more

I got the veggie stack, and it was everything I've ever wanted in a burger. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it was a little for just a burger (even though it isn't JUST a burger). Also, for the regular burger, the double stack is the same price as the veggie stack but you get to burgers, which isn't fair. Also, they should add a combo meal like the Hot Dog Truck has. But other than that, I highly recommend the Burger Truck! The burger was phenomenel and the staff is very nice. read more
