We still love our swing set so much. Our kids are now 6, 7, & 9 and they still play on it and enjoy it. If we had to get it again we would do so in a heart beat. We have been able to switch the baby swings out for bigger swings with help from Dennis and our playset is still in great condition after so many years. We love the dual slide and all the custom details that went into the making of this swingset. We get compliments all the time and all the kids and their friends continue to enjoy using it. read more

Dennis and Swing Set Solutions came highly recommended from several friends how have used his products and services. My wife and I are super cautious when it comes to our kids safety, and Dennis helped customize a swing set that met our needs. He literally had a book of different options to choose from, and he works with us to get a combination of refurbished and new material to bring down the cost. Overall, Dennis delivered on his promise, and we feel really good about our kids safety and the memories they will build for years to come. read more

So far so good! My daughter loves the swing set . We can change up the parts too once she's older!

I work in the entertainment industry and we needed a play set prop. I cannot comment about pricing as budget was not a concern for us, but what I can say is that Dennis and his team can delivery whatever configuration of swing set you need! They put together a combination of new and pre-owned parts for us that in the end, looked very good. I had no idea what to expect but Dennis showed up himself with a nice team of installers. He made sure that everything was to our pleasing. read more

With COVID going in the all of outside being closed my toddlers were going crazy in the house. I found a used play set, contacted Dennis and he sent Miguel Over to disassemble, sand, stain, inspect and replace anything that wasn't safe. They finished in less than 48hrs and brought a used play set back to life. Miguel came and assembled the play set in my yard. It's so nice and my kids couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service!! Great prices!! read more

We wanted the best for our grandkids so we researched and came up with this company. Very well made. Solid. But flaws. One in that the slide is not made for young kids. It goes so fast with a big drop off that our grandson hurt his back. Dennis, the owner, never returned my calls about this. Then we wanted to add the rock wall and a shelf he said we could do. He never returned my calls. The little enclosed play area was not assembled tightly enough so weeds were growing through the slats. I'd recommend a play-set from perhaps Costco. Someone who will back their product and return your calls. read more

Due to the corona virus and not being allowed to go to parks for awhile I did a search for swing sets and came across this company. I can't believe how easy it was to set this up! Dennis was super responsive and had a swing set to our house within a day installed and ready to go. He took the ages of my boys into account and we couldn't be happier with what he chose for us. Can't wait for my kids to play on it. Great customer service and again I can't believe how fast and easy this was. Thank you!!!! read more

Best swing-sets and nicest company! We rented a house a couple of years ago where Dennis had made the swing set. My kids were 2 and 4 year at the time and they played it on non stop. It was on the front lawn and neighbors were always asking us where we got it, so I had to ask the owners for Dennis info to share with people. Last week, I contacted Dennis about making us a swingset at our current place. Dennis was easy to reach, friendly, fast and communicative. He came up with a terrific design and a fair price. Highly recommend! read more

Helped us find a great swing set for a decent price range. Although there were wonderful new options, they found us a beautiful used swing set that will last us as long as we will need. The platform makes a great hideaway and fits an adult. Loved the installation and expertise. read more

Awesome customer service and our swing set is beautiful!! I called Swing Set Solutions after spending a lot of time researching play set companies and working with another company, which was going to charge me an arm and a leg for a playset plus installation. Dennis was very responsive and helpful, ultimately guiding me toward one of their polyvinyl coated sets. He came to my home to measure our backyard space and was able to install our set within a week of purchase, just in time for my daughter's birthday party. We've gotten lots of compliments on our playset and our kids love it!! I highly recommend this company. read more

I did a fair amount of research on play sets, and in the end, you get what you pay for. Spend the extra money, if you have it, and don't second guess yourself. Hired Dennis and his excellent team to relocate and fix up an old polyvinyl backyard playset. They were professional and courteous, and very thorough. Took them two days to complete the job because there were boards which needed to be replaced and a new roof built. They added a number of safety items I didn't expect, and the final product is wonderful. Initial phone consultations were also very helpful as we explored options. Also very happy with the final price, which was slightly lower than I expected. Highly recommended! read more

The most beautiful playgrounds in town. And they are durable and look beautiful years later. This much I know, because he's installed many of my friends playgrounds who have older children and they still look beautiful. Dennis installed ours the other week and my children have been enjoying it everyday. Dennis was wonderful to work with and so accommodating to our needs and wants. Thank you Dennis! Happy to refer him anytime :) read more

I think our kids said it best - "We never have to go to a park again!" Ok, maybe that's a stretch, but, we absolutely love our playset from Swing Set Solutions! Where to begin... We had a strangely shaped spot of grass in our yard to put our playset. I researched everywhere to find a place. Looked at all the leading manufacturers, local installers, etc and was not fully satisfied considering space utilization/value/overall fun factor. In comes my friend's glowing recommendation of Dennis from Swing Set Solutions. Dennis comes out, carefully examines our spot, and together, we start designing the most awesome structure to fit into our strange-shaped spot. And, this is where Dennis is really great to work with. We were able to use a "lightly" used set, combined with some refurbished parts, with even some new parts thrown into the mix to create the set of our childrens' dreams! I tried designing some custom sets on-line and they ended up being far more expensive and not nearly as awesome. Once we agreed on the details, Dennis's crew was out in under a week to begin the install. The assembly crew knows playets. They were right on with everything and know what and where actual hazards can be and know how to put together a really fun set. The set is pretty big, so, it took them a few days to put it together, but, when they finished the job, it came out AMAZING! 3 platforms going up to 7 ft - wow! 2 slides - a 5 ft and a 7 ft (weeeeee!), a clubhouse, a picnic table, swings, and lots of fun telescopes, binoculars, rope bucket, swings and wheels to play with. Our kids really can't get enough of it. I love the poly-vinyl material. Being that it is surrounding wood beams, it has all the strength of wood, but without the wear, rough edges, and splintering associated with it. I'll state it simply - you'd be crazy to install a playset without calling Swing Set Solutions first! From the design, install, value, and overall fun factor, there is no place that can compare. We are beyond satisfied! read more

Best money ever spent for my kids!!!! We had a play house and swing set built for my kids three years ago. They have spent every single day (only exception when we are gone on vacation) on their swings and play house. They spend hours outside playing and keeping themselves entertained. I can actually get things done! But I love that it makes them so happy and I know they are safe. Dennis was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. Three years later I am finally writing this review and can say it was worth every penny. read more

I have to say a had small space to work with and Dennis and his crew did an amazing job of utilizing the space and also working with my budget. I have a small, odd shaped yard because I am at the end of a cul-de-sac in a crowded part of town. The old owners had left a decrepit treehouse in the back corner that needed to be replaced. Dennis came over to view my property twice and came up with a great, affordable,l option to allow me to fit a play structure/slide in the back corner where the treehouse is and then attaching swings to our existing patio roof. It allowed me to have everything I wanted for my kids play time without sacrificing my ENTIRE yard to a giant structure. I am absolutely delighted with his work and would recommend his services for anyone who needs a custom job! read more

My 1st review on yelp and unfortunatly it is a negative one. Normally I would not waste my time writing a negative review and just choose to never use the company again. But because this was me trying to be charitable for children I want people like me to be warned. I have a older swing set system that cost me in excess of $6000 when purchased new that I wanted to donate to a family or child that could use it. My children are grown and I did not want to have it just be torn down when a family could still get some use out of it. I contacted Dennis and he informed me that he gets these kinds of calls a lot. People want to donate them to other families or churches and such. But he informed me that for liability reasons he can not do that but would come and take it for $200. I was also going to purchase a trampoline from him and I said I would discuss with my wife but then he became pushy and in a rush and texted me "You should get back to me soon with what you decided" So we decided to pay the price and his crew showed up today to take it apart. And then I found out why he was in such a rush to get this set. While they were taking it apart I noticed they were not chopping it up and were taking it down in huge sections. I asked the gentlemen why and he said "Because its for my baby". I then went to the forman and asked him and he said "Yes, Its for his son" and then pointed at the gentlemen. I was glad to hear that it was going to someone who's children will enjoy it but perturbed as to why Dennis told me that I could not donate it and was charging me $200? I am very happy that the set went to someone who will appreciate it and if Dennis had told me that and also that he would need to charge me $200 to help get it moved to this gentleman house I would have gladly said "of course". But because he choose to be dishonest with me to make a quick $200 when I just wanted to be charitable, well thats not good business. I have tried to text him but he stopped respond when I questioned him about this. I just hope he was not charging the gentlemen who came to help unassemble it as well. read more

HIRE THEM!!! 5 starts is not stars for Dennis and this company!!! They are Lifesavers, literally. The stress of having to rent a truck and hire individual people to disassemble, transfer and reassemble was so high. Then I found this company and the I was able to their services the same day I found a play set! Kind of unreal how easy this process has been thanks to them. I highly recommend hiring them!!! read more

These guys are truly great! My yard space is a bit small and awkward, but they came to my home quickly and free of charge and measured and gave me an idea of what it would look like. There was NO hassling or push to up sell. The guys that put it together were quick and friendly and came back the next day to put a pad at the end of the slide that they didn't have the first day. Great experience, thank guys! read more

Dennis came up with 4 different sketches on how to best configure our new playset in our small backyard. They did not mind driving the extra 100 miles (for a small extra fee) to get the job done. The crew of 3 guys did an excellent job leveling and installing our playset in a very timely manner. These guys are Pros and you can tell by how they work. Left the area clean after work was done. This company really did go beyond my expectations. If you want something of very high quality and custom made and don't mind paying the high price, I would definitely recommend them. This playset should last a life time with the Poly Vinyl coating. Very happy with the purchase and the kids are loving it. read more

Dennis and everyone at Swing Set Solutions were fantastic! The most I had to do was send Dennis a few pictures of the back yard area where I wanted the swing set/fort/slide and give him the dimensions.... He and his crew did the rest. The price was great and it was set up in a timely manner. He gave us multiple options and variations for the area that we could accommodate a swing set..... Dennis under promised and over delivered which will be years of fun for my children and family! Swing Set Solutions only gets 5 stars because Yelp won't let me give them anymore! Thanks Dennis and everyone that came out to install our Swing Set! read more

After researching for about two months, I finally came across swingsetsolutions.com and was amazed at all the various kinds of swing sets available. Dennis was very informative as to what they could custom build with refurbished redwood. He even came over and measured our backyard to get an exact idea of how large the set could be. Within a few hours (and getting the OK from the wife), we made a deal and one of his staff, David, came out the same week to set it all up. David was very professional and courteous and did an excellent job all by himself! We could not have asked for anything more. The finished product is beautifully designed with refurbished redwood that was treated for termites, sanded down and re-stained to look almost brand new. My daughter's eyes lit up when she saw it and had the biggest smile I have ever seen! The set itself is super legit and solid. EXCELLENT JOB SWING SET SOLUTIONS!!! Big thanks to Dennis and David!!! Before you even think of ordering a pre-fabricated swingset online somewhere, CALL DENNIS! He is absolutely the expert on all things swingset, and Swing Set Solutions is the very best there is. I'm so glad I splurged and bought my boys a quality proper swing set playhouse that will last a lifetime. I will never have to worry about splinters, rotting, structural integrity, or boredom! Dennis was immediately available to discuss different swingset options and add-ons for our backyard, and within 10 days we had an amazing semi-custom polyvinyl swingset expertly installed, and a beautiful shade sail. I cannot say enough good things about Dennis's team of swingset safety experts, Frank, Sergio, and David. My boys have never been happier! Thank you! read more

We had this company come out to our house with a couple days notice (with other companies fully booked for the entire week), and they really did a fine job building the Cedar Summit Canyon Ridge playground we purchased from Costco. We were on a tight schedule to get this done before a party over the weekend, and there was another crew working in the area simultaneously. Christopher and his assistant/wife Nicole were on time, very professional, courteous, and accommodating. Getting the job done correctly and overall safety of the set were Chris's main concern, which always earn bonus points for parents. Without going into too many details, Chris was able to work around another crew and come on two separate days to finish the set so the other crew could do their job correctly. I'm so grateful we went this company... our kids love the set so much and our party was a hit, thanks to Chris, Nicole, and Swing Set Solutions! FYI, when the kids are done with this set in a few years, Swing Set Solutions will be the team that disassembles and delivers the set to the new owner. read more

I tried calling and emailing this business to get a quote on a swing set re-assembly but they never responded. Not recommended.

Wow. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not exaggerating. Dennis forgot about the appointment, neglected to apologize, sent 1 guy for a 2 person job who arrived 2 hours late. The odds of me needing a trampoline dismantled again are pretty low, but on the off chance it comes up, I'm not hiring Swing Set Solutions. read more

So I bought a used swingset and I had that other swing set company disassemble it and relocate it to my house. As soon as it gets to my house, the other company tells me he's unable to do it because my ground was not leveled and I had a retaining wall that was dangerous for the kids. The other company assured me all I needed was to get my ground leveled and we'd go from there. so I spend thousands of dollars getting my ground leveled and even moved my retaining wall back. After this was done, that other company said "sorry I can't put this up for you. you're backyard is way too dangerous." After that, I called Dennis. Dennis checked out my yard he said there was plenty of space. He built me a box to border my swing set and for my rubber mulch. My kids have had the swing set up for 3 months. Its been played with everyday, even when it rains. My kids swing and doesn't even come close to my retaining wall like what that other guy said it would. If you are going between Swing Set Solutions and SSP. Look no more. Take my word as I have dealt with both companies. Dennis is your man!!! Dennis calls you back and you don't have to keep calling him like that other company. Dennis communicates well and is just an honest business guy.
