The dishes are creative and delicious. The ambiance is nice but not uppity. For example, they have nice wooden high tops, tables and booths but no table cloths. The service was usually very good and the kitchen has been accommodating with a variety of dietary restrictions. I believe one owner is their primary chef and that his wife/ co-owner manages the restaurant. I must admit, it took me a bit to get over the name of the restaurant, but luckily I did. These brussels sprouts were unlike any I have ever had. They were deliciously crispy, like I have had before, but these also came with grapes, candied pecans, whipped feta cheese topped with an olive oil and a hot maple drizzle. The Ahi tuna salad was pretty straightforward, but they elevated it with a seaweed salad on top of the greens and it came with a house made wasabi vinaigrette that packed such a delicious punch. My only regret was coming here for lunch on a road trip so I couldn't indulge on one of their craft cocktails because they sounded amazing. Before I left, I got to chat with the owners and they were great guys. It definitely reinforced the need to support local businesses like this that are doing it well.
