This year, I had a tear in my liner and had to cancel my opening until I could get a replacement liner (which, thanks to the pandemic, took FOREVER to arrive). Knowing that I was anxious to get my pool up and running, Chris (the owner) came to start up my pool THE DAY it was filled, bringing all the necessary chemicals with him, so that my family would be able to enjoy our pool as soon as possible. NOW THAT'S SERVICE! When I bring my pool water to be tested, they are always spot on with their recommendations and don't try to oversell you on chemicals, as has been my experience with some other pool companies. They ultimately blamed me for the leak and wanted to charge me several thousand for a pressure test. I finally decided to move forward with a pressure test at the end of the 2024 season, only to have Haven's new Sales rep try and convince me that the marble dust was my issue. Later the rep called me drunk after playing golf trying to close the deal for new marble dust to the tune of $30-40K. Last year, at the beginning of the season, I had a reasonably priced pressure test done by East West pools and found out that my pipes were fine. They applied $20 worth of silicone around all of the fixtures (including the deep end light which I suspected to be the culprit the whole time) while the pool was empty. For the first time in 20 years my pool is holding water! I feel like an idiot ever trusting Haven; glad its over.

Worse yet, the tech put acid in a chlorine tank. When I went to refill the chlorine, it caused a gas reaction which could have killed me. They emptied to incorrect acid when I called them, but no apology. They even tried to charge for the acid they incorrectly filled! Now that it is time to close, the INTELLICHEM probe tubes are not with the equipment, so I must pay for new ones. They claim to have left them here, but I did not recall seeing than anywhere since the probes were installed after the pool opening. Unfortunately, finding an honest, competent pool service company is a real challenge! I will add to this review after my closing by a different company. I could not trust Haven to close properly as they do not take responsibility for their services.

The owner advertises as an experienced professional that will provide leak detection and repair. My Husband already located the area with the issue by using the leak detection dye and attempted to patch the hole before we reached out for help, so we know a little bit about what was going on. When Mr. Zorn arrived, my husband gave him a heads up to where the water may be coming from, but we expected Mr. Zorn to also do his own research. Mr. Zorn stood above our pool, looking down and saying he spotted several holes. Never did Mr. Zorn provide leak detection services. After he stated that he spotted several holes, he put 6 patches and charged $400. My Husband and I are self-sufficient with repairing things in our home so beforehand we researched repairing the pool ourselves and order a pack of patches for $20.00 with the glue. So for Mr. Zorn to charge us $400 to look from the top of our pool (leak detection) and 6 patches (repair) for $400 is a scam. Of course, the pool is still leaking, and Mr. Zorn will not refund us $200. Instead, he came back and said he found 4 more holes and put in 4 more patches. Pool is still leaking. I texted Mr. Zorn about the leaking and he said that would come back a third time. I asked him to please not come back and just refund us $200 since he did not do a good job. He said there are no refunds and got rude. With that said, I think Clear Swim is not a reputable company because the owner does not guarantee his work and does not provide refunds for his mediocre work.

The purchasing experience was a breeze and they provided information on different excavators, etc. for us to choose from. Back then, Jen and Craig were a HUGE help with us, as we were novices in the pool buying world at the time. Fast forward to 2026 and once again, Jen and Craig really came through and helped us out with purchasing a new/replacement pool liner. Jen is amazing. She's super nice and friendly. She's knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor! Craig went out of his way to make sure we got the liner delivered right to our door, as it was out of stock in their showroom on the day we went in. He doesn't know how much we appreciated him doing this. I highly recommend Brothers 3 if you're purchasing a new pool or hot tub (they have some AMAZING hot tubs and hopefully I'll be able to talk my hubby into investing in one eventually!!!). We contacted Brothers III who informed they were not responsible for the defective parts, damage was caused by extreme cold over the winter. We had another pool for 29 years and never had an issue due to cold winter weather. We had no choice but to purchase the replacement parts which were discounted by 40% leaving an expense of $274.00 which we feel should have been absorbed by either the manufacturer or Brothers III. In addition, the time and labor necessary to replace the parts will be a burden. It is very disappointing to make a large purchase and find that the seller's response to defective parts is less than accommodating. I would avoid purchasing anything from Brothers III Pools.
