We came here on Halloween night I had a gift card and we bought for drinks. The Ipa beer on tap for $6 and a Jameson and whiskey was $6. The bar staff was very friendly and the place was packed we didn't stay long we had a good time. this bar is connected to several other bars and there is outside seating. Very hip little bar I like how it is connected to a couple of other bars that had couches and outside seating.

New bar downtown alert. See what I get for not prowling the streets downtown for a couple months! This place drew me in like a moth to a flame with loud, popular, slightly older music blaring and luring me over from a block away. I didn't test the bartenders skill level and just had a rum and cola. Good mixed crowd like I likey.

My wife and I stopped here while in Downtown Orlando on Halloween Night. This is a hip little bar with several craft beers on draft and a full liquor selection to choose from. The prices are reasonable and the staff were great. Someone snatched my beer while we were talking to a couple but the bartender replaced it for me at no charge. I thought that was outstanding service. We didn't stay long since we were bar hopping but we both agreed that we would revisit the next time we are in the area.

People like to throw around the word "gourmet" because they do not have a refined palate. One taste of this sandwich is tantamount to looking into the eyes of God and having him whisper back "you are my finest creation". I would honestly write a longer review but I am having trouble typing through the seemingly endless barrage of happy tears. I have found happiness. I have found peace. I owe everything to this sandwich at Swiggs. If Leonardo DaVinci had been reborn in the 21st century and forced to compare his works to the sandwich creation mastery of Chandler Walp, he would have had to have been immediately confined to a mental asylum as he would know that his entire life's work would have been a failure.

Really cool spot in town! Very nice bar area with huge TVs, tons of options to chose from, enough tables for a very large crowd and a great vibe. Location is awesome, easy to find and there is a very convenient parking garage across the street. Though with all of their alcohol options, you might wanna consider Uber ;) Highly recommend!!!

They play good music. Good priced drinks and they even offer a live dj! Even on a weekday it's fun.

My favorite bar!!! If you ever get Laura as your bartender, tell her she's wonderful and have her make you a liquid marijuana shot

Noir Bar - Cocktail take on a matcha latte - delicious!

We accidentally stumbled upon this speakeasy while dining at Talay. Although they're connected…read morephysically, NOIR is its own separate business and definitely has its own unique identity. The vibe here is dark, intimate, and gives off a chic city nightlife feel. They offer both a full cocktail menu and a happy hour menu. They also offer a Thai tapas menu, which we unfortunately didn't get to try because we were already stuffed from dinner at Talay, but the menu looked amazing and gives us another reason to come back! The drinks are unique, creative, and very well crafted. We ordered the Celestial Bloom, and it was absolutely delicious! It was beautifully balanced and left us wanting to come back just to try more of their cocktails. Definitely a great spot for drinks before or after dinner!

The hidden door which you push is on the right side. Once inside the bar it is super small inside. The tables along the wall are squished together. I think you're better off at the bar. I could see lots of people bringing dates here. First up, I tried a $17 Tree of Life. The drink the bartender made me was maybe 2 sips. There's a giant ice cube and a bamboo leaf or something and very little drink to drink. Not sure what to make of this because as soon as I was deciding if I liked it or not, it was gone. Wouldn't order this again. Second, I tried a $17 Adam & Eve. I wish the matcha was much stronger. There's a place in Tampa called Tori Bar that has a super duper matcha tasting cocktail. This one was much lighter. It was fine, not my favorite. Maybe I'd bring a date here sometime, but wouldn't go out of my way to come here.

They definitely know how to create a romantic mood and atmosphere. We got the "Easter special" which I would skip I think. Best part was the meringue raspberry cookie but everything was just fine. Also seemed much more themed to Valentine's Day than Easter. Now the "Fourgasm" sampler is great. You start off with a cheesecake, then get to a caramelized carrot cake, followed by some kind of chocolate cake/pie and finish it off with a red velvet cake. The desserts get better and better as you eat them (if you start off with the cheesecake which they recommend) I also got the "Sex-spresso Martini" and that was delicious too. But I've never met an espresso martini I didn't like. One of my favorite parts is giggling at the ridiculousness of the names and descriptions of each item. You can tell they really had fun writing them.

The red lighting is the right vibe for the sexual theme. We tried a variety of drinks and desserts. Everyone enjoyed the drinks and desserts. The options are somewhat limiting for me because of some of the ingredients in the desserts. I am not a fan of nuts in my dessert.

The drinks were great and the food was soo good that we still talk about it days later. He loved the bone marrow. Steak was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. The cake was not my favorite at all. Two Words . . VERY…read moreRICH I keep forgetting that this restaurant is essentially serving Southern style comfort food in an upscale setting. Southern comfort food as a general rule just doesn't sit well with me anymore and I'm going to be very transparent and bare my soul a little bit here but here goes . . . Ever since being on GLP1's, I've developed a really complicated relationship with comfort food. Foods that are rich, buttery, creamy or fatty now hit me completely differently than they used to. It's almost like my body immediately goes into shutdown mode afterwards. I feel heavy, exhausted and like I've instantly ballooned even if the portions themselves aren't massive. For the longest time I honestly thought it was simply the richness of the food itself but now I realize it's because my digestion just can't process heavier comfort foods the same way anymore. Suddenly... it all makes sense. The food itself here is VERY good. Properly seasoned, well prepared, beautifully presented... absolutely no complaints there whatsoever. I simply have to become more mindful and strategic now with my menu selections no matter WHERE I dine. I chose the Creekstone Farm's NY Strip with the fabulous bone marrow which I KNOW is supposed to be incredibly nutrient rich and good for you... but honestly... it just about put me under afterwards. This dinner happened thanks to Ronnald M. and his sister Teris and it was our pre-opera dinner outing before seeing the fabulous Merry Widow at the Dr. Phillips Center. The Monroe is honestly a very good pre-concert restaurant choice because of both the atmosphere and location... I'm just personally learning that this new GLP1 reality means I can't approach menus the way I used to anymore.

It was a little on the dry side, but still really flavorful and a great value for the price. Definitely a strong appetizer to kick things off. The real standout though was the drink (something swampy--I wish I remembered the exact name). Easy 10/10. Honestly, all of their cocktails are top-tier and consistently worth the higher price point. You can tell a lot of thought goes into them. Overall, great vibe, great drinks, and good food. I'd absolutely come back--especially for the cocktails.

Went to celebrate a birthday and the service was surprisingly quick for how busy they were on a Friday evening, the servers as well as managers AND the hostess all checked in regularly with a smile and small talk when prompted. We were especially impressed that servers not tending to our table placed orders/knew of orders and communicated with the waitress serving us. Most restaurants struggle to keep orders ready with the designated server, this place EXCELLED with communication. We all enjoyed a variety of different cocktails, all of which were delicious (however a bit pricy for some) and all partook in appetizers and entrees. ALL of the food was delicious and had fair portions, couldn't say enough good things. This place is a bit cramped but not horribly, the decor is cute and everything is clean :) Most importantly, to celebrate the birthday we were brought a tres leches cake that paired very nicely with the pastelitos and cafecito service! The cake was DELICIOUS, the coffee was wonderful, and the experience was a highlight for a busy weekend of festivities! 10 out of 10 will be coming back again! :)
