Tea is good. The Soda's are diluted/flat, and the last time I ordered a sprite and cherry, they gave me ginger ale and cherry.

Expect to be greeted by 'RBF' & ugly attitudes…read more Avoid. Don't waste your time! This place is filled with young people that don't even want to work and act as if their job is the worst. This company needs to get people that actually want to work with sincerity because the people currently working there are going to put their company down the drain. The young girl with the pixie haircut was VERY RUDE & gave nothing but 'RBF" upon entering and while I was asking questions. I came in with the intention of buying a full pie but after the service that was given I walked out with nothing in hand and I don't regret it. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. !!!MY RECOMMENDATION: I ended up going to an ice cream shop located in the downtown shops as well that sells boozy ice cream (I believe it was called boozy cocktail) which I recommend for your sweet treat in downtown instead! This ice cream shop was far superior in service than the pie place could ever be. PLUS ITS ICE CREAM! Who doesn't love that more than pies!

I had to round up as to not seem too harsh but, hang in till the end to get a glimpse of the real deal at Emporium Pies McKinney. In a sentence,I don't plan on returning to this or the other locations. What started out as a concept with a lot of energy seems to be running flat. There was no energy in the service, environment or food at my visit. It was a beautiful spring day and we stopped in to grab a piece of pie to go. The interior is less than appealing and every visit I wonder why they don't spice the place up I had been craving banana cream pie for months and I considered my self lucky it's on the menu. Also, blueberry which is usually a good choice. We took our beautifully packaged to-pie down the street and enjoyed on a bench watching the world go by

Great pie, that $3 milk is ridiculous.

I just had to take a moment to share what an incredible experience I've had at Reeves Family Farm…read more. This place is truly a hidden gem and without a doubt a 5-star business. The produce -- both the vegetables and fruits -- are unbelievably fresh, straight from the farm. You can absolutely taste the difference in quality. Everything feels wholesome, locally grown, and handled with care. I also love the fact they offer meal prep options that are ready and freshly made. It makes healthy eating so convenient without sacrificing flavor or freshness. And I can't forget to mention the fresh brownies and homemade salsa -- both are exceptionally good! The brownies are rich and delicious, and the salsa tastes like it was made with love and the freshest ingredients. Beyond the food, the customer service is truly top tier. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly interactions make you want to come back daily. It's rare to find a place that delivers both quality products and such genuine hospitality. Along with price efficiency more bang for your buck! Reeves Family Farm is an absolute treasure The place for consistently providing fresh food and outstanding service! It was packed and we didn't see anywhere to sit (plus it was 90+ degrees and the kids were hot) so we didn't actually stay and wait to order any food. But there's plenty of parking despite the crowd. TLDR: LOVE the place, highly recommend. Make sure to have your order repeated back to you!…read more My husband and I love this place. Clean, friendly, homey. Smells like fresh baked bread and goodies every time you open the door. Pastries are SO WORTH IT. They also have seasonal items: - super tangy passion fruit/pineapple danish -refreshing tomato basil danish -fun lemon/raspberry meringue danish We love the ham and cheese croissant too(year round) Giving it 5 stars because we still love it. But had a bad customer service experience today. Ordered a bunch of pastries for 2. We were asked by cashier if we wanted our "tomato danish and elote danish to be heated" Us: "yes, except the tomato danish, pls" Paid and tipped. All was dandy. Went to a table to patiently wait when my husband realized they didn't add the tomato danish(about 1 minute after transaction) He had to get back in line to ask what the mix up was and order it again. Cashier told him she misunderstood that we "didn't want the tomato danish". We didn't get the danish because it sold out (Understandably so, it's super yummy) while my husband was in line. As folks from the industry, we understand mishaps can happen, we still love this place and will still come back. This experience was just disappointing and could have been completely avoided. In the future maybe have cashiers repeat orders back. Which is usually normal for most/all food related businesses.

She smiled, walked over to my car, and handed me a box of assorted pastries and said, "Today is your lucky day!" When I tell you everything in that box was absolutely delicious, I mean it! Every pastry was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. What started as a simple question turned into one of the kindest customer experiences I've had. Today truly felt like a blessed day because I stumbled upon an amazing local bakery with incredible people. Their generosity and hospitality made my day, and they've definitely earned a lifelong customer. If you haven't been to Bresnan Bread & Bakery yet, do yourself a favor and stop by. You'll find amazing baked goods and even better people!

I don't blame them..if you are the best at what you do charge for it...I probably would pay more than $5.75 now that I've tasted it
