We're visiting Utah on vacation and wanted to try the famous dirty soda. When we entered as a group of 6, clearly confused, the employees were lovely and helpful walking us through the options. We all got different ones, and I ended up selecting the hula girl after a quick discussion with the staff. It was good- don't get me wrong- I just don't get the concept of a dirty soda. There was so much stuff in it. I guess it's a mocktail? It's not something I'd choose to spend calories on personally, but to each his own. I'm in my dirty soda era, so this was not my first SWIG experience ~ as I've tried it once before at their Cedar City location, in Utah. We happened to be staying in Hurricane for our Zion travels, during MDW, so I was stoked to find (on Yelp) that a new SWIG location recently opened nearby. The fam and I HAD to stop by (on our journey home)..and boyyy did was I a lil disappointed ~ not by the drinks themselves, but more so the service. For being a new location, there should've been more adequate staffing (esp. for a holiday wkend, no less). I have to stress that the 2 girls that were working today were phenomenal..bless them for working so hard, ~ trying to hold the place afloat, but b/w manning the drive-thru and taking walk-in orders for the 10+ people waiting in the small lobby area, it was chaos & no joke, my wait time was INSANE! Having worked in customer service myself for over 15+ years, I had more patience than most (who eventually gave up and walked out), but we legit waited from walk-in time at 10:15 am til our drinks were in our hands at 10:45 am. Lastly, with such a small lobby area as it is, there was such a clutter of supply boxes blocking the menu and ordering counter. Maybe have those stored in the back somewhere? Staffing issues aside, the quality of our drinks was not affected..as it was as good as I first remembered. YUMS!!! I do love how the customizable drinks made by mixing sodas (like our beloved Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, & Sprite) with flavored syrups, creams, and fruit purees ~ creates such a unique concoction. No wonder it's been met with such popularity & viral success. I got the Cherry Bomb once again, since I loved it so much last time ~ which usually consists of Pepsi + Cherry + Coconut + Vanilla cream, but since the store was out of Pepsi, I actually sub'd it w/ Dr. Pepper instead and I think it was even better, since Dr. Pepper is my fav soda. My daughter chose the Texas Tab ~ which is Dr. Pepper + Vanilla + Coconut cream. She loved it, as usual and it was prolly my 2nd fav, after my Cherry Bomb. Pro tip: There is a promo right now for a free 24 oz. drink of your choice for signing up for their text alerts & updates..so SCORE! Both our drinks were FREEEEE!!! SWIG drinks is a total RxFoodie recommend, but this particular store needs some fine-tuning for long-term longevity. Upper management definitely needs to step it up! read more

My oldest kept begging me to stop at a Swig so we could finally try it out. This one just opened last week and happened to be on our way out of town, so it worked out perfectly. Friendliest staff ever! We were greeted immediately and the cashier took her time explaining everything to us. The menu is quite extensive and what they don't advertise in store, they can still do what is listed on their website. Everything is also fully customizable. I went with the Waikiki, my oldest went with the Save Me Jade, and my youngest went with the Shark Tank. Everything was wonderful! We also had to get one of their famous sugar cookies and take a photo under the Swig sign! We all loved our drinks! What a fun place! There's a drive thru and a couple seating options inside as well. Very cute little store. Would definitely recommend checking them out! read more

We are from California on a road trip for a family vacation. We have always wanted to try Swig. We stopped by this location after Zion, and so glad we did. Not only are the drinks and pretzel bites delicious, the services - specifically by Lydia was so amazing! She made this stop so personalized and was so so so amazing. Ugh where do I begin. Swig has been a bucket list stop for years. After a 9 hour drive to Utah, my first stop should've been Swig. However, the only thing dirtier than the sodas are the workers. My partner and I arrived 20 minutes before closing and were denied entry to the establishment and were told the storefront was closed, even though there was a couple sitting inside just receiving their drinks. As a proud member of the LGBTQ community I can't help but make assumptions as to why I was not permitted entry. I wish this could've been a review quality of their product but unfortunately I never got to try it. I encourage others to avoid this specific location in the future. Do better Swig. read more

Gross. This place is for teenyboppers. It's like when you were 12 and you worked at the fast food place and you'd mix all the soft drinks together. That's what this place is. I thought I could go there to get a healthy refreshing drink, but even the sparkling water is sprite. Total Waste of $6 for a 32oz drink. read more
