Drinks are great, food items not so much. They have several locations and the one I visited had a drive thru. And, although there were quite a few cars in front of me, the line moved fast. They have an extensive menu with unlimited drink combinations. This was my first time here so I wanted to try something simple as a baseline. I got a regular coke with cherry & cream. I do LOVE that they have SO MANY ice options. In the summer, extra ice is mandatory. The drink was made well, and tasted great. Staff were friendly as well. I also tried the pretzel bites with their cheese dip. The pretzels were covered in butter, yet managed to still be really dry on the inside, and the cheese sauce wasn't very hot. So, I would definitely go back for the drinks, not the food, it seems like an after thought.

It was my first time at Swig and the two people that helped me were incredible! I'll definitely be back!

I love Swig...I swear I go at least twice a week. It's 6 miles from my house...the wrong way. They consistently are friendly and kind and always make my whack-a-doodle orders perfectly. But what is happening to your supply chain? If you blame it on Covid's impact on the chip supply, I swear I'm going to gather all of my bags o' surprise from my dog's nightly walk and secretly burn them at your front door! This is not a Covid supply issue! The last several times I've been, key things I've wanted aren't available. Tonight's missing favors were lemonade, Mountain Dew, and ice. Pay attention to the last one...ICE! You're a soda shop. Not one person I've ever met said...plz give me the warm soda. Oh yuck...ice...I'll pass. We live in hell's inferno and no ice. I can look beyond the fact that I waited 15 minutes to be told that I wouldn't get my Jolly Elf (no that's not a double entendre! It's Mt Dew, orange slices, strawberry purée, and passion fruit syrup. Love it!) I could also overlook I couldn't get my other fav...the Tropic sub vanilla cream with coconut cream (no lemonade). I can overlook that you're always missing something. But I can't overlook how a soda shop can have no ice! We live in Gilbert. There are convenience and grocery stores on every corner. Go buy ice! And I swear I'll overlook ice cubes instead of your awesome pellet ice (I promise!). I'm sorry Swig. I love you. This hurts me as much as it hurts you. You are almost making me want to go to Sodalicious! Come on Swiggles...pay attention to your core products. The drinks!

So I went here a few months ago visiting a relative. I wished we had one here in Austin! So delicious creative sodas. Everyone one had a different flavor and I love you can choose what you want. Good priced. My favorite had to be butter beer. My son loved land shark. The people working it seemed to like what they did. And very informative. If I am ever back this will be my first stop. read more

I absolutely love this place and their ability to add a twist of a classic soda to something spectacular! Life's a peach with coconut cream, YUM! Only negative is thieir cookies are too wildly sweet and they aren't open on Sundays. Customer service is always excellent as well here. read more

Love this place. The ambiance is perfect for a friendly casual meetup. Not a big soda drinker myself but nice to have options outside of coffee and tea. Gets a little busy at times but comfy couches to sit in and always plenty of room. read more

Wandered over here after exiting the movies next door. Extremely friendly staff; very patient with decision-making and efficient in processing orders. The prices are extremely reasonable with many different sizes to choose from. The amount of flavors and customizations, with choices of Pepsi and Coke products is amazing. I love Swig and I usually am happy with the drinks here. Some days are better than others so it is inconsistent in quality but I don't mind most times. Today I went and saw that they just added boba to their menu and was curious to try it! I love boba so much and I get it probably at least 5 times a month from other tea shops. This "boba" is NOT good. I got the Thai Coconut boba drink and it was a strange blue/green color? I think of coconut and I think of the color white, so I'm just curious as to why it was colored? There were hardly any pieces of boba at all, and when you did get a piece it was rock hard, my boyfriend tried it as well and he couldn't even bite into it. We went back and told the employees who were working. The girls were really nice but almost offended because they made a "fresh" batch of boba this morning. I also don't usually go inside but the tables have almost a film of what I can assume to be dried sugar over them, it looks like it's been there for a long time too. We had to wait 20 minutes for them to remake the $5 drink. Way too expensive. Credit to the employees the drink wasn't different the second time, so it wasn't their fault it was just really bad boba. The drink was watery and there was no flavor. Even with the remade boba, that was cooked longer, it just hard. They added "extra" boba and there was hardly any. Thanks for remaking it but I would've preferred a refund. read more

This place is amazing! It's a must try for out of town guests and a must do on your kids summer break! The atmosphere is cool and relaxed. They have a giant bar running pretty much the length of the store and offer tons of fun board games and card games to play while you enjoy your treats. They also have a quick drive thru option if you're in a hurry! My favorite soda is the Waikiki (made with dr.pepper) and you MUST try a sugar cookie! It comes with a healthy dollop of pink icing! read more

Their sugar cookies are to die for! I love bringing my almost to year old here for games and a treat! We meet up with some of my friends and play jenga or whatever other games they have out! Such a cute place to take pictures as well. I recommend the Waikiki with Dr Pepper! read more

I always go to sodalicious and love it. My co worker told me about this place so I thought I would give it a try. Their employees are very friendly and I love the atmospheric and just how everything looks inside. I ordered the Italian soda with mango puree I was not too impressed. The flavor was not mixed well and just didn't taste good. I considering trying it agent next time definitely order a regular soda and not the Italian. read more

The Soda Shop offers Gilbert residents (especially busy moms) a great stop in or drive thru place for the times you want to celebrate or just cope with another mom day. The local drink "480" is a refreshing delight. It combines freshly squeezed lime juice, cranberry juice and diet coke. Divine. With an addition of a cookie, it provides this mom with enough fuel (sugar and caffeine) to make it through another day. read more

Fun place! I tried the back seat bingo (Pepsi-mango-coconut) and it was really yummy. Everything is on the sweet side so be prepared for a sugar rush. The iced oatmeal cookie was enormous and delicious. The vibe is great too. It's a great place to get together with a buddy and just hang out while sipping on a sweet drink. read more

This place is great. Nay, I say AWESOME! As long as my family been doing our mixed drinks at QT and Sonic, this place takes it up a notch. Mixed carbonated drinks and non-alcoholic libations abound in combinations that tantalize the taste buds. Yes, they are new. Yes, there is a wait. I love the soda shop! It's exactly what Gilbert needed. So unique. I love the Life's a Peach and their sugar cookies! My only complaint is they seem to put a lot of ice in the cup....next time I need to tell them easy ice. Don't get me wrong though, I am definitely a regular there. read more

I wouldn't have know it was there except my wife and kids had seen and heard of it online. In an endcap in an awkward spot. That being said is appeared busy even though it was late. We were the last in line before they closed (drive through). We thought they might not serve us..lol..since they closed while we were waiting. They didn't and once we got our sodas and cookies it was GREAT! I'm really starting to like the little sodas shops...maybe it's because my brains really starting to kick out some dopamine from all the sugar. Great little spot. read more

Really fun place. My wife got the rootbeer with toasted marshmallow and vanilla. Holy cow, it was delicious. Very cool place. Something I haven't seen others mention is the huge projection screen playing awesome videos and the environment. Lots of seating and a good place to hang out for a while. Loooove all the drinks I've tried fruit ninja is my favorite!! I usually create my own and they make it perfectly every time. The cookies are amazing, try the iced oatmeal you won't regret it. Also the one of the owners is always there helping and talking with customers, they're the nicest guys! Swig is a terrible experience, they don't care to assist the customers inside and only prioritize the drive through even if they're not busy. You can expect to spend 10-15 minutes before you order inside, even when there's zero people in line. Me and my girlfriend ordered takeout and thought this place would've been a nice quick stop for a sweet treat but we had to leave because this place has restaurant waiting times just for a soda with some syrup in it. How pathetic. I highly advise you guys get rid of the staff and just let the customers mix their own drinks it would be much more efficient. read more

the staff in this store aren't trained / have no customer service skills. even when there's no line you can expect to wait 10+ minutes before even being acknowledged then wait another 20 minutes for them to fill up a cup of soda and add some syrup into it... i can see why they constantly have a line around the block, i went there when they weren't busy and it's still the same way. it's pretty sad it takes 30 minutes to fill up a fountain drink and add syrup. read more

If I could give this place a 10 out of five I would!! The smooth criminal, is the best drink you could ever get. Also the spring fling. However, if you're really trying to treat yourself I'd say go with the cookie. Any cookie is their best cookie. Also, the service here is tremendous. I forgot what I ordered but it was the good. ‍ The drive through line was super long we went inside to order. Service was good and they get the drinks out fast. My new addiction!!!! Love this place! Always fun, friendly staff that is really excited about soda. Of course, the coca lime is my favorite but the Big Daddy is a close second. Make sure you tell them to "make it a skinny" and they will use sugar free syrup in your soda (takes all the guilt out of it) read more

I loved there mixed sodas. They have soft crunchy ice and foam cups! In a hurry? Don't worry there is a drive thru!! Make sure to get a Oreo mint custard and an oatmeal cookie too if your trying if for the first time! Super friendly employees. I'll be going back often. read more
