Needless to say I figured out a way that I wouldn't need a rental car. My second visit here was when I was planning a road trip to Atlanta and I'd be darn if I was driving my personal car. Once again the owner was super nice. Since I was about to rack up some miles and I wasn't particular about the type of car, he cut me a small deal. I explained I didn't really need the deal, I was just glad he didn't need everything right on down to my kidneys as a deposit. I will admit they don't have a lot of luxury vehicles, but they do have decent cars. Their prices are pretty comparable to the big companies, but their minimal requirements are awesome! Last time which was about 2 years ago I had my rental for about 6-8 months for hail damage yes that long just for hail damage would not recommend Caliber Collision off of 80 in Mesquite but had a great experience with Enterprise off of Military in Mesquite with Brandi, I believe that's her name. Had a reservation this time but went there and they had no car ready and they had to pull out a POS that was smoked out. Tried to go to Enterprise off of Military new crew and everyone was rude there and the manager did not want to trade in my car and told me to go back to the other Enterprise and they can find me a new fresh car, why? I'm already here. I go back get another car after an hour and it happens to have a nail in the tire, I get another car guess what another nail in the tire. I get another car and this one again is smoked out but luckily no nail in the tire. I drop off the vehicle because my vehicle is ready and nobody is in sight at 10:30 in the morning so I drop off the keys in the box. I remember I forgot something in my center console (brass knuckles and they are not illegal) the gentleman said there was nothing in the car left . Hanna said she didn't look through the vehicle but the older gentleman said it was only napkins in the middle. I let him know if you seen the napkins then you seen what else was in the console. He told me he was told to throw them away. Why would you not call the customer and let them know they were left in the vehicle. He went out the back door and cursed something under his breath and went in got them. I believe in my opinion the older man tried to steal them.

I just overpaid…read morethe rental because they canceled my return earlier than the date I actually returned the car. BUT TODAY - I got a bill in the mail for $80.70. The bill does not state why they are billing me an additional 80 dollars. It just says, there is an outstanding balance. I called Enterprise customer service, and they couldn't help me because this location is a 'neighborhood location'. What in the world is the problem? They can't do their own accounting, accurately? I am now going to have to call this location tomorrow, and argue, and end up filing an FTC or State's Attorney complaint....and it's upsetting. This has been my go-to rental agency for years.

Just a couple of things to be aware of: walking in, it is not imediately obvious that everyone must SIGN IN on a tiny little pad on the opposite side of where the service area is. So, when you walk in, what's the first thing you look for? Well, the service desk of course, so you head that way and get in line like you would anywhere. And then, about 25 minutes later another customer walks in and I guess they somehow know to go sign in and now they're in front of you! Yes, there is a small, not-very-noticeable paper taped above the pad stating "Sign In" with an arrow pointing down. But again, you're not even looking in that direction when entering. And all the people sitting around the perimeter of the room waiting their turn? They know you should have signed in but nobody tells you because they want to see how long you'll wait before figuring out the system. Then you sign in, take a seat and wait to watch the next victim guilelessly go stand in line. Also, I guess through no one's fault, it takes a pretty good amount of time for each customer to be processed, so be prepared for that. Also, you don't have to wait in line if you're returning a car. I feel like they need to add two really big huge signs on the wall saying "Sign In!" and "Car returns don't wait in line!" I say all this only to save you, the customer, time and keep your blood pressure lower. And I still recommend the place--staff are hustling and bustling when I've been there and have really gone above and beyond to meet their customers' needs with effort and even a sense of humor!

Not only did they upcharge me for the tire because it was "the only one they had" but the tire didn't even last 25 hr it had plugs in the outer walls but had 4 plugs in all and charged me for the tow as well. I don't recommend them at all if I could give them 0 starts I would!
