They had an entire room of people wait for 2 hours to pick up their cars to tell them they ran out. Mind you they didn't tell anyone beforehand, they let everyone wait knowing full well the situation. Trash customer service. Find another location. Not up to AVIS standards.

As other reviewers have said, the best part about this location is the staff! They really are very…read morecaring and sometimes they evolve into a floor show with all the activity and interaction. Just a couple of things to be aware of: walking in, it is not imediately obvious that everyone must SIGN IN on a tiny little pad on the opposite side of where the service area is. So, when you walk in, what's the first thing you look for? Well, the service desk of course, so you head that way and get in line like you would anywhere. And then, about 25 minutes later another customer walks in and I guess they somehow know to go sign in and now they're in front of you! Yes, there is a small, not-very-noticeable paper taped above the pad stating "Sign In" with an arrow pointing down. But again, you're not even looking in that direction when entering. And all the people sitting around the perimeter of the room waiting their turn? They know you should have signed in but nobody tells you because they want to see how long you'll wait before figuring out the system. Then you sign in, take a seat and wait to watch the next victim guilelessly go stand in line. Also, I guess through no one's fault, it takes a pretty good amount of time for each customer to be processed, so be prepared for that. Also, you don't have to wait in line if you're returning a car. I feel like they need to add two really big huge signs on the wall saying "Sign In!" and "Car returns don't wait in line!" I say all this only to save you, the customer, time and keep your blood pressure lower. And I still recommend the place--staff are hustling and bustling when I've been there and have really gone above and beyond to meet their customers' needs with effort and even a sense of humor!

Exactly a month ago I was on vacation in Texas. Exactly for a month I'm trying to get on phone with…read moresomeone who has authority to help me solve my problem. I happened to be unlucky to forget my glasses in the car that I brought back to this location. Unfortunately I realized it on my way back home, sitting in the plane that was getting ready to take off. I called immediately and was told to receive a call back same day to see what we can do about that. Ok. It's been a month I'm trying to reach the manager who is always happen to be absent and my $400 Chanel glasses is well kept in his safe, as I've been told. I was ready to send a pre payed package to get them back but I still get no answer! Always same - we don't have the authority, our manager will give you a call back asap. Never did once!!!! Screw that!!!! I see it as not willing to cooperate and as STEALING. And I've been a loyal costumer of ENTERPRISE for years! "a family owned" made a difference for f sure. Screw your stupid ass phone answering systems with its unreal promises. Very f disappointed

Got an attitude immediately and yelled at me on the phone to which I did…read morereply loud but in a non vulgar way asking 1 simple question which the male there refused to answer and, of course, wouldn't give me his name. I recognize his voice though bc he is the one who did the rental agreement with me and whom gave me a dirty, stained rental but at least the volume worked in the car. The previous cars radio had radio problems where the volume kept going up and constantly. He tried to send me off with the first car twice but I returned bc of this issue. I'm am really surprised that this individual works for enterprise!!! I have never experienced this at any other enterprise or car rental location nor have I any other business period in my life. Enterprise please do better when hiring employees!!
