While it was packed, I received great customer service from everyone here at this location. The very tall young man was exceptionally respectful and every customer he interacted with - he kept his composure even with some rude customers that day. read more

Every time I come here I wish to god I chose differently. The last visit topped my annoyance. I drink bleach as I say that I should have gone to budget. I had an emergency drive to out of state and my car was in the shop. NBD enterprise should work out. I called them no problem. 10:18am a car is reserved, not so fast it wasn't there. I'm willing to upsize to a minivan but was not happy about the obvious bait and switch. I was even willing to just pay it but the woman behind the counter told me I didn't need to show her attitude. I left. I got a vehicle at budget. Unfortunately I will arrive at Memphis later than I planned. Wouldn't recommend this location unless you love paying for an up charge. read more

I wish I could give this location 0 star.i have dealt with enterprise rental for as long as I can remember, And I must tell you this is the worst. The black girl on the desk tell lies, she also has a bad attitude when answering the phone. The manager is also a big liar.I had a reservation for 4:30 p.m. with my present address. Chose to go to an address that I have not lived at for 10 years and clearly on their computer print out it clearly stated pick up location, which is my present address... After going to the wrong location, they didn't make it at the pickup location until 5:40 .And after being picked up,we didn't make it to the rental location until 6:20 p.m. after the location was closed. And then they tried to act like their mix up was my fault.please run from the location on military road in mesquite. read more

Kelsay was excellent. He helped me out and was very attentive. Good place to rent out a car.

Employees have great attitudes, knowledgeable, & helpful. The guys that washed and detailed the van for me had me laughing. Good down to earth people. After having to cancel with hertz rental and losing my money on a prepaid reservation, I called enterprise and reserved a van over the phone. Picked it up without any issues. I was kind of leery about leaving my car parked there for 5 days but they had me park it directly in the view of their surveillance cameras so it made me feel a little better to travel and not worry if my car was going to be there when I got back. read more

Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Car Rental Near Me - Mesquite, Texas

I'd give less than 1 star if it were possible. My insurance arranged for me to get a car and I was unable to answer the phone when they called due to work. I called back within 5 minutes and they acted like they didn't know who I was and said they would call me back as soon as they figured it out. HOURS later and no return call. I called them a few minutes before close and I was placed on hold. Promptly at 5:30 they hung up on me. read more

I recently have a rental out right now with their insurance where I pay $74 a day to rent with initial deposit of $250 cuz my vehicle is in the shop...so tell me why these people Jordan/Antonio has to call me and my references every single day asking when I'm planning on returning when I'm giving them the ok to run it at 6pm everyday it's not returned...so these fools are saying they need another $250 deposit and very rude on the phone. I normally don't get loud but they got me a little heated. To add, I picked up car at 1pm and if it's not returned by 1 pm they charge another day. Not like any of their competitors which is why I will never rent from these clowns again nor will I refer anyone to them. Very ghetto and disrespectful to customers. Horrible service, unorganized. Unnecessary paper work and authorization. Trying to get a car and I waited around for an hour. Even if you have to drive a little farther, it's worth it. Definitely unprofessional people working here. read more

Great staff !! Efficient, polite, courteous . I went during the pandemic and was checked in and checked right out .

Had Antonio help me get sorted with a rental after a driver hit my car and sent it to Antonios location. Very quick efficient service. He was organized, professional, knowledgeable, gave me advice on the best choices to make for insurance and polite! That's exactly what is needed when a person is running in between their job and fixing their car from a collision. Thanks Antonio! read more

The manager was so incredibly rude and racist at this location. When he thought I could not hear him, he called me a white bitch. Then, when I was outside, he called me a crazy bitch in front of my three children. When I told him I was going to contact customer service, he told me to go ahead and that nothing would happen to him and handed me his business card. I have this company on our preferred vendor list. I rent from them all the time. I have never had a problem at the Plano or Richardson location. read more

Very dissatisfied with Enterprise right now! I hardly ever write a review on anyone/thing, but I must vent. I made a rental reservation on April 29, 2021 for June 18-21. I received a confirmation call from someone that introduced himself as the branch manager and that he was calling to confirm the reservation. I called him back that evening asked a few question, he answered and said that my truck would be ready. Went to pickup the vehicle and to my surpris, NOTHIN!!!!!!! Missed my Family Reunio. read more

The car was perfect, the price was right, and the service was stellar. What's not to like? The customer service team is to be applauded.

I set up a reservation and went an hour later to pick up my rental car. Jordan helped me with paperwork and was professional, efficient and helpful. He upgraded me into a nice suv, instead of the small car the insurance was paying. read more

This place sucks. Don't go there. They won't work with you and lie. They tell you there's a car under your insurance budget, but they make you pay more. I wish I wouldn't be able to give then any stars. It's waste of a drive avoid this place as much as possible. read more

The only location I use and have never had a problem. They are all so nice & very fast service getting in and out. They really make you feel like family when you go in. Friendly staff. They picked me up in less than 3 minutes from Service King after dropping off my car for an insurance repair. There wasn't a cleaned vehicle in my class yet, so they did an on the spot upgrade. I was out the door in ten minutes. Great experience for a non airport location. After dropping off the rental vehicle at Service King when I picked up my repaired car, Enterprise called me within 3 days to confirm that they received the vehicle and the billing was complete. read more

The staff was friendly, honest, and professional. There weren't any hidden fees or surprises when the final bill came. All fees were explained in detail and up front. The car we rented was fine. We didn't have any problems with it. It was very nicely kept. The reason I didn't rank it any higher was simply because I felt it was a little more expensive than it should have been. read more

These people are very professional. My car was spotlessly clean, perfectly maintained, and I had roadside assistance, just in case. I didn't need it, but it was nice to know I had it. The car was a Volkswagon Jetta, which was sportier than I expected from Volkswagon. It had good pickup. I was impressed. However, remember that when you pay with Discover, Discover covers the rental insurance. Enterprise sold me insurance even though I paid with Discover. At the time, I didn't know about Discover's rental policy. I felt like they should have told me it was unnecessary to buy auto insurance. It doubles the amount of the rental when you buy insurance. Other than that, the price would have been reasonable. As it was, I could only afford to rent the car for a day. If I had known, I would have rented the car for an entire week. It seems like they are shooting themselves in the foot when they are not honest about rental insurance, selling insurance that you don't need. After all, they would get more business. read more

This is my 3rd time renting from this location. The customer service is always very good. I always rent an intermediate size car and am always impressed with the cars they rent. This last time I rented was during the Christmas holidays 2015. The car I received was a 2016 Sentra and it was nice. The only complaint I had was that the interior of the vehicle was not really inspected for prior renters "left behinds". Apparently the prior renter went to a Graduation at Texas Tech and left several graduation booklets in the back pocket of the passenger seat. There was also a little paper trash left in between the seats in the front. So the car was not thoroughly cleaned, but wasn't filthy by any means. Not a big deal. Cecil was the customer service rep I had and he was very professional. We did a quick look over of the car outside and I didn't see any damage but it was night time so it was hard to see. He gave me the keys and I was just about to leave when I noticed a pretty large crack on the windshield. I went back in and got Cecil and he assured me not to worry about it and made a note of it to my copy of the paperwork. He also put his employee # on it so I would not have any issues when I returned the vehicle. I will rent from here again. read more

I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere! Everyone was accommodating and they had breakfast tacos or donuts to enjoy while you wait. I have rented from this location a twice this year since October and have had great service both times. I rented the second time a week ago. When I got there the initial vehicle didn't meet my expectations. When I asked for a different vehicle with Bluetooth connectivity the staff was friendly and accommodating. Both vehicles rented were 2016 models with less than 7000 miles. However I would recommend getting there early or be prepared to wait. There is usually only 2-3 staff members assisting customers. I will use this location in the future. read more

Worked out good for me. Set an appointment and went in the next day, got a car. What else is there to do renting a car? Had no complications and everything went smoothly. I would give it a five start, but prices are a little steep so it's more of a star taken away because of enterprise in general. read more

This is one of the best locations you can rent from. I never have a problem when renting. Rashad the office manager is the best. Was not real happy when I went to pick up my reservation on 2/21. First of all they didn't have the vehicle but the young man who was helping me basically refused to help me find the vehicle I could afford and kept trying to upsale me. I rent here a few times a year, and the staff is always great and I always get what I expected or better with the vehicles.

This place is awful! We went to this place to rent a car and as soon as we entered the place no one greeted us, no one checked the customer log, although the entire staff at the front desk watched us sign in, and they all acted as if they didn't want to be there. Normally, I wouldn't be upset about something like this; however, a customer, of a different race, walked in suddenly the staff sprang to life. The greeted her warmly, asked her how to help her and told her to have a seat and that someone would help her shortly. I had to actually ask one of the representatives why we weren't greeted in the same manner and even though he apologized, it was insincere and forced. We left. I will not pay people to treat me or my family like that read more

It is very miss-leading when you call to make a reversation and you get to the location, wait 20 minutes only to find out they do not have any cars available. Then why did the representative complete my reversation? The representative at the location said they do that because the number of sales they get but that does not always mean their is a car??? WHAT, that is ridiculous! They really need to hire more people to help with the flow every time I come to this location there is always a waiting line of more than 15 mins. I got a car before that was not washed, really. Where is your customer service Enterprise, come up with a new system instead of having people sign in. The employees that are there do not care about customer service they are only concerned about sales $$$$ read more

My first rental from this location, the vehicle was not clean, so I thought the workers were having a busy day, so I will give the location another chance. I called & made a reservation through the call center. Two hours prior to me picking up the vehicle, I received a call from Courtney, informing me; there were no vehicles available & the best she could do would provide a car on Monday, but, I can go online with my reservation number & make changes. Two hours prior to pick-up, are you kidding me. Nevertheless, when I called back, I was told by the gentlemen a vehicle should be available on Sunday, as they were open until 4. Well, not only did I miss my appointment, I a still waiting on a phone call. Budget will be my go to, at least for me, they are consistant. read more

I usually have to hold for 10+ minutes before anyone answers the phone at this location. The service when I first started doing business with them 3 years ago was excellent. Now days... it's the worst! If there was a closer location believe me I would be going there instead. The cars usually smell like smoke/weed which means the person checking the car's in is not taking the time to ensure these cars are completely cleaned of the smell. Quite embarrassing when I have to treat customer's to lunch and they make a comment about the smell. This location needs to get it together or it needs better management/organization. The wait times are ridiculous whether you call or go in!!. read more

I had the worst experience trying to rent a car here this morning. I have rented a car several times in the past from this location and will never return. I made my reservation on line. Whenever I went to get the rental, they needed a utility bill, insurance, and a credit card. The insurance is something I expected, but a utility bill was a surprised. I never had to provide this, and I didn't have that with me. I explained that none of this was mentioned during the time of reserving. I always used my debit/credit card for payment , but they claimed it had to be a credit card. Not to mention, a car wouldn't be available anyways, they were waiting on some to arrive to their location. So, after driving 20 miles to this location to pick a rental, I left with out one. The gentleman that assisted me had zero compassion and clearly could care less. All he could say was, I've been here 5 years and it's been this way. This is not true because I rented a car less than 6 months ago with out having to provide all this random paperwork. While I was waiting for my ride , I noticed that they didn't ask this from any other customers. So, my trust is depleted for this business. read more

My personal vehicle was fixed and ready on 10/31, so I returned this vehicle to its pick up location around 4-430pm (they close at 6pm) and was in and out in about 10 minutes. I thought I had got all my items out of the vehicle but left my kids Halloween costumes and my daughter's homecoming dress and accessories in the trunk of the car. So I called that evening and they were gone for the day, so I went to the location when it opened Saturday morning at 9am to find out they rented the vehicle yesterday. I asked if they could contact the customer and they did, yo which she agreed to return the items later and they would call me. By 1230, they had not called so I called them and offered to meet the customer and after they called her, she agreed. The customer, Tracy (Le French) Grimes, was very nice, and from what I saw, she received the vehicle the way it was given to me. Like for me, they only washed the outside of the vehicle and obviously did not clean or check the inside. I was already disappointed in the customer service and even though I forgot the items in the vehicle I was upset by the fact that they didn't even bother to check the vehicle themselves to ensure all items had been removed. read more

I can't say enough good things about this Enterprise location. They are very customer service oriented, which comes from the manager, Rashad.
