I asked a question about the deposit, wasn't my ideal answer but it was answered. Just didn't understand why I couldn't use a different card to hold the deposit. Then she proceeded to ask me for my flight details and wouldn't accept the screenshot that I provided. Then asked for me to pull it up again and I grabbed my phone to which she said she wasn't going to help me and walked away. She accused me of "snatching" my phone away returning with a manager. I mentioned the upgrade and had to mention it twice. Seemed as if the was not the case as it was still in the same category and I smells badly like urine. I'm also beside myself that she then told me I could use the other card when I returned the car..... why do I even need to do that if I am returning the car? Not sure if there was an issue with others prior, but there was no reason to be short with someone who was simply not understanding what she was saying. Simply a very poor experience.

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst rental experiences I've ever had. From the moment we…read morearrived, the customer service was terrible. First, the woman at the counter told us they only had large vans available and sent us to "Fast Break." We had no idea where that was, so we walked around trying to find it before returning to ask for directions. Once we finally found the small Fast Break stand, we waited about 10 minutes for someone to assist us. When we explained that we had been sent there because we were told only vans were available, the employee responded, "She's lying. I'm not sure why she told you that. I can see they have cars." Absolutely unprofessional! We finally left with a vehicle, only to have the tire pressure warning and oil change light come on within 10 minutes. The following evening, after adding air to the tire, the pressure dropped again. We called for assistance and were told to return to the same location. When we arrived, there was approximately an hour long line. After waiting, we explained that we had been given a vehicle with issues and had already called about the problem. The woman at the counter, instead of showing any concern or trying to help, rudely told us to go wait in line. I explained that we had already waited in line and were there because the vehicle they provided was having issues. She rolled her eyes and moved on to the next customer! All three women working on Friday night, October 9, 2026, displayed an unacceptable attitude and a complete lack of customer service. Not once did we feel welcomed, respected, or valued as customers. Mistakes happen, and vehicles can have mechanical issues. What is unacceptable is the way customers are treated when they need help resolving those issues. We should not have to deal with eye rolling, rude comments, conflicting information, and an overall lack of professionalism on top of receiving a vehicle with problems. If you dislike your job that much, find something else to do instead of ruining other people's experiences. Your attitude reflects on the entire company, and this experience has left a terrible impression. Management seriously needs to address the customer service at this location. Customers deserve respect, professionalism, and a rental vehicle that is safe and properly maintained. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to rent from this location again.
