I walked in and only one other patron was finishing up with her manicure so they took me immediately. I was impressed that they gave me a beautiful drape for my lap because I was wearing a skirt. I've been given a towel before by other salons but never a specially embroidered drape. This is definitely a nice touch. I asked for a gel pedicure and (listen, I know you're not supposed to do this but I have a medical condition that makes my nails not grow) acrylic on my two big toes. I did not catch my service provider's name but she was very gentle and I enjoyed my service. She fixed me right up and made my weird toes took beautiful. I will definitely return. I paid $65 plus tip which included the pedicure with gel and acrylic on two toes. I would have upgraded if it was offered but it was late and we finished exactly at 7:00PM as they were closing so I wanted to respect their time. I'm mentioning this because I believe I received the basic package plus my add-ons. Either way, I am very satisfied.

I have enjoyed a dip polish manicure, a full service pedicure, and an acrylic manicure with dip polish. All of the staff members have provided me with services and they are all very talented! I reinforced this instruction with further photographic evidence of my existing base, and the technician explicitly confirmed understanding. To my dismay, she proceeded to file, removing the rubber base entirely and reaching my natural nail, causing unnecessary thinning and potential damage. I recently had to have my nails removed because of a medical procedure, so I made an appointment with Mia to have them done again. When I arrived for my 1:00 p.m. appointment, the salon was very busy. Another technician did my pedicure, and I assumed Mia would do my nails once she finished with her client. Instead, I was completely ignored by Mia. She never acknowledged that I was there or explained why she wasn't able to keep my appointment. Another woman, who I believe was the owner or manager, ended up doing my nails. Unfortunately, it was the worst dip manicure I have ever received. Not only was the application poor, but the dip manicure didn't even last one week before it started lifting and chipping. I've never had that happen before. I'm giving this salon 3 stars only because of the consistently great service I've received from Mia in the past. Had this visit been my first experience, my rating would have been much lower. I hope the salon improves its communication with clients and ensures appointments are honored or, at the very least, explained.
