AWFUL. Just awful. My nails are crooked, short, and the worst part is that I still had to pay for…read moreit. When I spoke up, she tried to fix it and made it worse. I had to go to another salon to fix her mistake and they did the best they could, but the length made the shape and symmetry much harder to work with. She didn't listen to my critiques from the beginning and dismissed my concerns after the powder was set. I am not someone who is hard to please. A lot of the time, I'll smile, pay, and bitch and moan later. Today, I had to leave without polish, it was THAT bad. The unpolished image is one of my nails that was filled twice and filed crookedly BOTH times. Every time a little shorter and more crooked. The polished photos are the "fixes" but they're still asymmetrical. They couldn't do more without either going shorter or starting again. There's also visible redness at the cuticles for how aggressively they were filed.
