    Cookie dough!!!!
    Rachel S.

5/5 stars for the gluten free options. I'm talking cookie dough, cookies and cream, brownie, coffee Oreo, birthday cookie! This place is 100% gluten and dairy free. The ice cream is oat and coconut milk based. 4/5 stars for creaminess. It ranks in my top 5 ice cream spots in the Denver area but #1 for the GF-ers. The servers were so kind and excited to be there which was refreshing!

Small size inside but at ideal location. The person serving us was great. He was patient and friendly. His enthusiasm was contagious. We got the mix soft serve of vanilla and chocolate. Also, it is a hard serve of peanut ice cream. It is more coconut taste I like.

Ok ok ok - got my nails done across the street and realized there's a new ice cream shop in town. Sweet Izzy ! While at first I was debating, I couldn't hold my sweet tooth. Came in and was quickly greeted, then given suggestions based on my preferences. The best part - vegan, soy free, dairy free! My goodness was it the best decision. The place was clean and very chill; love the pink. flavors: they have got your scoopable flavors and soft serve in chocolate and vanilla. In these flavors you can add any of their toppings. I went for vanilla soft serve with fresh strawberries and strawberry syrup parfait-ed in. I must say. . . I've been craving it ever since. Be back soon! ^_^

Finally got to check out Sweet Izzy and I'm so glad! The atmosphere is cute and pink. Sweet Izzy specifically sells vegan, gluten free, and soy free ice cream treats. The whole store is very allergen friendly. As someone who is nondairy, I'm happy this spot exists. I ordered a vanilla soft serve with chocolate dip in a cone. Great flavor and texture of soft serve- very similar to dairy ice cream. What I didn't realize from social media, is that Sweet Izzy has hard serve ice cream too. My partner tried Oreo cold brew in a cone with chocolate sprinkles. The cones were crispy with a vanilla aroma. You wouldn't know it was gluten free. I was impressed and would come back here. Cold brew was not available when we visited, but looks like they had some taps ready!

Wonderful sweet and new addition to the 'hood I love soft serve ! This little spot has gluten free and dairy free everything, not that those things matter personally to me, but the ice cream cone itself was amazing with a slight hint of cinnamon I think. It's a small store front, so don't walk too fast down 3rd Ave or you'll miss it

The owner is an absolute legend! Every ice cream concoction I've had from this heavenly place has brought me nearly to tears! Accommodating for any allergy! Love love love! Need a rewards card.

The space feels very Root Down in the best way. Funky, artsy, a little mid century, but still comfortable and not trying too hard. Then the food starts showing up and suddenly the whole table is passing plates around because everyone keeps saying "wait, try this." We ordered a bunch of things and the smoked carrots were probably the biggest surprise for me. I would absolutely go back just to eat those again. The masa birria, diver scallops, and grilled artichokes and asparagus were all great too. The hanger steak was cooked perfectly and came with duck fat potatoes, which immediately puts me in a good mood. Dessert also fully delivered. The banana cream pie with black sesame whip was one of those desserts where you keep going back for another bite even when you're already full. It just felt like a really thoughtful meal from start to finish. Definitely one of my favorite dinners I've had in a while.

Really lovely all vegan place that I visited twice while I was in Denver…read more Between my two visits, I got the gnocchi with sweet potato sauce, the Cuban sandwich, ginger beer, and the giant chocolate chip cookie. All of it was really great, but I think the gnocchi was my favorite of the two entrees. The ginger beer is not super gingery, tastes like Fevertree. The chocolate chip cookie with sea salt is an absolute must! It comes wrapped so I took mine back to the hotel to share with my non-veg husband after he got back from his work conference dinners and he said they were the best chocolate chip cookies he'd ever had! Also, I think it's fun that the plates are made to look like wood, but aren't. The first time I came it had been pouring rain, so the restaurant wasn't as full and it was very easy to find an open table, but the second time it was positively packed, and both times were week nights, so I suspect this place is pretty popular with the locals. I like that the ordering is done through QR code and website, since that would make it easy for groups and means you don't have to all know what you want at the same time (or, if dining solo as I was, you don't need to interact as much with staff, which is sometimes a blessing). Several members of the staff wore face masks, which I appreciated, and there were some nice paintings on the walls from local artists for sale. If I am ever in Denver again, I think I would really like to come back here--and I'd definitely get the chocolate chip cookie every time!

You seat yourself and have a choice to order with the QR code or go up to the counter. It being my first time I went up to the counter to get some additional recommendations. I went with the side buffalo cauliflower & the chicken Caesar salad. Both were fresh, had lots of flavor and filling-- highly recommend. When closing out my tab at the counter, I picked up a chocolate chip cookie togo (extra large in size and just the right about of sweetness). With the menu so unique I prefer a little more "hands on service" but the experience was tasty and eager to come back and try other things. Clean, homemade, high quality vegan food with lots of GF options/ substitution-- Highly recommend.

Spacious, it has a full bar and gender neutral comfort rooms. My server Sheena was lovely and gave great service. Got Seitan wings. You can have buffalo or barbeque sauce. You also have the option of half and half which I did. I liked the barbeque sauce more; buffalo sauce had a kick but not very spicy. For dessert, I got the Sundae O' Sundae which was a brownie sundae with eclipse soft serve (you can also do half vanilla, half chocolate!), brownie and chocolate sauce. It was not that rich and it was alright. They also sold some merchandise like shirts. Overall, would give the place a 4/5.

All pointing to an excellent experience. The timing was right for my husband and I to come for a Sunday lunch. The service was fast and friendly. We started with potato sliders that were really good but not as good as our main courses. My husband opted for the lamb tiki masala and I opted for the eggplant (Baingan Bharta) Thali meal. The dal soup and spiced potatoes that came in the Thali were incredible. My favorite part was the chai though. I cannot drink milk and the alternative was oat milk. This was one of the best chais I have had in my life. So so good.

The Thali caught my eye as it's essentially a traditional platter with a variety of balanced small plates from rice to potatoes to dal soup and even dessert all on a single tray. I got it with Butter Chicken which was so good! Highly recommend as it was creamy, medium spicy, and very aromatic. I absolutely loved the street-style chaat! It's creamy, crunchy, cold, and loaded with flavors and textures. Such a satisfying bite and I almost couldn't stop until it was gone. I love that this Thali came with both rice & naan as I usually want both and can't decide lol! The rice was fluffy and aromatic from the cumin while the garlic naan was fresh, soft, and delicately brushed with garlic & parsley. I didn't care for the dal soup (bit too watery) or the jeera potatoes (bit undercooked) but the dessert was a nice way to end the meal. Their options included rice pudding and gulab jamun; I went with the "healthier" option lol. It was creamy, sweet, and cooled down my palate after the various dishes. The Lamb Biryani was another good try! The lamb chunks were tender and seasoned, the rice was aromatic, and it paired well with the onions and raita (yogurt sauce). This definitely satisfied my craving and I'm glad I stopped by before the long day I had ahead!
