I'm a huge fan of the sauna then compression boot combination. I leave feeling brand new everytime. I recently tried the salt therapy and that will have to be added to the rotation now. Another factor that makes this place stand out, is they have TVs in the sauna rooms. The speakers are installed in the sauna so you almost forget what you're doing. It's AWESOME. My injury was 3 herniated discs and a torn glute muscle. I was looking for holistic treatments and remembered that floating had helped me in the past. I booked and paid for a session immediately after I found this place. The following morning I had reached out to Melissa to cancel and refund my appointment because I was in so much pain that driving alone was impossible and she never replied to my emails. Eventually she texted me (I know longer have these texts) stating I cannot get a refund and can only keep the credit. Melissa is a thief! I don't appreciate thieves. Had she refunded my money she would have had a returning customer once I was okay to drive and walk. I was out of work for 3 months due to my injury and it's unfortunate to have someone offer these services and rob you of your money when you need it most! Proceed with caution and find an honest business instead.

Arrived early and was able to get a tour by the receptionist (didn't get her name) showed me around everything was clean, well organized and a vibe. My service was compression therapy with Camille and apparently I'm a G (self-titled) because I was told after my session that most first timers are recommended to get 45 mins -- mine was 1hr. The therapy was like a combo of detox, massage with applied pressure and HIGH heat. It has low, medium and high setting mind you you're wrapped up and drenched from head to toe when you're done. What I loved most was the attentiveness and care Camille took with me. Explaining everything. Made me feel comfortable. Checked in on me during the session. Helped me get fluids in (because you can't move that much with the wraps). Camille is truly so sweet and I would love to do future sessions with her. She was incredible. Wow! She knew exactly where my pain points were to relieve deep pelvic floor and hip tension. She also focused on my back, shoulders, and feet, and everything flowed so well together. Her technique was perfect. My pain was so relieved that I was snoring by the end of the session! The coupon was for certain levels of service, but on their website where they describe the services, none of them have designations. So just to be safe I called up and asked if the service i wanted was included. It turned out that it wasn't, because it was a higher cost. Which, first of all, strange: most places want you to spend more money. But also, I wouldn't have known that based on their website, so they need to do a better job making these things clear. The receptionist was very nice and trying to be helpful (five stars just for her), and told me she'd check with her manager to see if it could be used on the more expensive service and call me back. They did end up calling back the next morning and saying I was welcome to book the longer service and they would honor the discount. So I booked a service for the next day. The morning of my service rolls around and I get a call cancelling the massage because their system had booked it in a time slot that overlapped the MT's break. When I asked if they would honor the discount on a future day (since it was time sensitive it expired that day) I was told they wouldn't. If I had cancelled as a customer with less then 24 hours notice, their policy is that I would owe a 50% cancellation fee. But apparently they can cancel same-day and not offer anything to the customer for the inconvenience. Very disappointed in the lack of service.

My masseuse was good. I got a basic massage and the scalp oil treatment as an add-on. The massage was good but the scalp massage seemed a little short but I would get it again. The facility was clean, the only issue was the water pressure in the bathroom. The faucet was a tiny stream and the toilet didn't flush after several tries. I let them know and they said it was an issue with the entire LBX property. I didn't use the shower. Hopefully will be fixed soon. The price was good comparatively speaking. Overall, I will be going back!
