Aight. For the most part the menu items are easy to work with. You select your style of noodle, curry, soup, ect. Next you select the type of meat or vegetarian option you prefer. The food looks wonderful and fresh, but the taste was lacking the extreme flavors expected from Thai cuisine. Aside from being slightly bland, there appeared to be plenty of authentic options to choose from. We opted for tofu and vegetable dishes. Interestingly enough the Tom Yum soup tasted much better as leftovers. The sour taste did not kick in when it was served fresh. The special noodles included lots of cooked cucumber and pineapple, but we did ordered the veggie version. Prices vary by, but expect paying $10-14 for a main course. Swadee Thai has taken over a previous Thai restaurant in a strip mall off of Road 68. The interior is very clean and looks to be kept up very well. We were also greeted immediately as we entered. The service was friendly and fast. It is worth another try, and next time we will be trying the curry. read more

Not an experienced Thai food eater- but was feeling adventurous and chose this place based on all the amazing reviews. It was absolutely phenomenal!!! Got my order To Go- it was ready in 15 minutes upon arrival. The food is so fresh and delicious. You can get your food on a 1-5 spicy level; based on a review I chose a 3 star for my Pad Thai Noodles and didn't feel any type of heat... but a previous reviewer said that they had beads of sweat dripping off them from the same level. So, to each their own!!! The oil they use to cook is fresh and sooooo good! I would highly recommend this place if you want some yummy take out that is above average. read more

Probably the best Thai restaurant in the Tri-Cities. My wife and I pleasantly discovered this restaurant for lunch. Everything we ordered was delicious. The place is super clean and has a nice ambiance. My wife enjoyed Mango Curry with a choice of meat stewed in coconut milk with mango, onion, carrots and yellow curry. I really liked the Crispy Garlic Chicken with bite size pieces of chicken deep fried to a golden brown cooked with sweet garlic sauce. Both dishes came with a bowl of Jasmine Rice. They were spot on spice ratings (1-5) with (5) being the spiciest. I asked for (2) rating and it was perfectly spiced and not over bearing. We will definitely come back to try other selections. They have a Lunch Buffet (only on Friday from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) for $11.00. It's an excellent opportunity to try many different Thai preparations. read more

We eat frequently from here but the last 2 times the customer service was extremely lacking. I called to place a to-go order and was rudely told, "He's busy and can't talk now!!" Mind you I'm a customer, know of no one there personally and only wanted to place an order over the phone. Today I ordered via a food delivery service and there were no utensils or napkins. My driver told me he asked for utensils and napkins and was told they are not provided unless it's a business. There are too many choices of restaurants to get this type of service when a person is putting out good money for food. In the future we will order elsewhere. read more

It was a very slow Mon eve about 7pm for them. I was the only one there the entire time. There were 2 to go orders though. WHY? This place is great. Clean, comfortable, and smelled good. Service was top notch! LOL, being the only one there it absolutely should have been. I started with some nice crunchy spring rolls. They were good but still average. The green avocado curry was top shelf. Perfect heat when I requested 2-3 out of 5 stars. It was eaten all gone with the plate licked clean! I enjoyed a nice crisp Gewurztraminer that paired very nicely with the curry. I'll have to do it again soon. read more

Bugs in food! Ordered this place off of uber eats with my girlfriend and was extremely disappointed. There was a dead bug in our pho and when we called the gentleman on the phone was trying to be as helpful as he could but he wanted us to drive all the way to Pasco to return the food for a refund. I understand his concern about people reporting bad food to get a free meal but we had paid extra for the delivery so that we would not have to drive which was very frustrating. We tried calling uber eats to see if they would issue the refund but could not get ahold of them so we decided to drive to the store and return the food as the gentleman had suggested so that we could at least get part of our money back before the restaurant closed. Upon arriving the man was very rude and told us that he called uber and that they would give us our refund which means we drove all the way out to pasco (30 min drive from my house) for nothing. We tried explaining that we had tried talking to uber and couldn't reach them but he kept interrupting us and told us to leave the food and get out. The food itself was pretty mediocre regardless of the bug. The pad thai was all stuck together and very bland/dry. The pho was extremely thick and oily and not very good at all. When I poured the dead pho bug down the sink, oil stuck to the sink and was so thick that the water faucet couldn't get it off so I had to use a towel which grossed us out further. Spring rolls were actually pretty good tho. We finally got ahold of uber eats the next day and they gave us a full refund so we're all even now. However, I will never be eating here again as this was probably my worst experience ordering food ever and the food was gross. read more

Excellent food and service! The fresh rolls were huge with wonderfully fresh mint and greens and served with a tasty peanut sauce. We like to dip ours in Thai sweet Chile sauce, and the waiter happily abliged our request. Both our dishes were nicely spiced, but we really liked that they'll bring you a condiment tray with four different pastes and sauces so you can spice yours as you like it. Very close to closing time. 835pm Driver rang bell and knocked repeatedly despite directions. Had nothing for me to sign, so had no explanation. Order comprised of appetizers and fried rice. Barely warm 8 piece Tempura shrimp had 2 coconut shrimp(gross) instead of all tempura shrimp were in order Same tempura shrimp I've bought in the freezer section at Walmart. Sauce vinegar. Odd for tempura which is classically equal parts soy sauce and chicken broth. Fresh rolls with chicken had something bitter not thai basil that ruined. Very difficult to ruin a fresh roll, but it happened. Peanut sauce was good. Barely warm Shui mai was in a saran wrap and inside a styrofoam container. Just as I figured though, it was tough and chewy from being warmed in microwave. Must've had to reheat this typically steamed item within that 60 min preparation time. Included soy sauce and vinegar dip. Too vinegary. Chicken fried rice. Veggies fresh, barely any chicken. Bland, even with medium spice level request. Coke $2.50 arrived mostly ice and in a container the size of a tall Starbucks. For price thought getting a can or bottle. This $50 experience was VERY UNFORTUNATE. I WILL NOT RETURN NOR RECOMMEND. The dessert was decent but neither entree was at the caliber that I expect. My boyfriend talked to the owner while waiting and said they were very nice people so it's a shame the food wasn't tastier. It is just a good, salty , spicy and pricy place for locals to enjoy luck of high quality thai food in our town. Be prepared to provide good customer service to the store owner as he doesn't tolerate disobedience and "slow" customers. We're in town for a hockey tournament and stopped into this place based on other's reviews. I'm so happy that we did! Everything we ordered was delicious and made amazing leftovers today. The prices are decent, the taste is wonderful and the waitress was great. Can't say enough nice things about this restaurant. The first time I ate here was shortly after they opened. I ordered a dish to go and when I got home and ate it I told my husband I would never eat here again. Recently my husband was craving Thai and none of us felt like going out. We ordered a variety of meals for our family and we were all pleased with the food. Tonight we ordered delivery again and (despite a 3rd party glitch) it was great. The veggies taste like they were just picked! The only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is the heat level is not consistent. I went to this place based on Yelp reviews. I had the fresh avocado rolls with peanut sauce and the yellow curry with fried tofu. Beware if you are there by yourself: The avocado rolls could have been my dinner! There were 8 pieces about 1.5 inches long. The peanut sauce was great, as usual, but if I had eaten it all, I would have had to ask for more. I only ate two of these so I would have room for the curry. Unfortunately, I left them in the mini-fridge this morning, or they would be lunch right now, along with the leftover curry! Both were good - I asked for two stars heat for the curry and it was not too hot (they now go from 1 to 5 stars). The curry was good, but I would have liked a few more vegetables in it (yellow curry is mostly potatoes, but there were only a few carrots and onions). I had the yellow curry because I'm vegetarian and that usually doesn't have fish sauce in it. The owner had no idea whether the curries had fish sauce or not; he should have known, he's been the owner since 2017. And I think they are from a can, as he said they are pre-made. But I would come here for the fresh rolls with avocado! All in all, it was a decent meal, I was happy with it. And they have Singha, of course! read more

We like this place, and it is close to us as Pasco is limited on the Thai food. In the past I thought the food is decent and flavorful. I was not impress last week when we went as they have a TV that is on Cops constantly, and they obviously have workers the come out and watch TV on their kitchen breaks and talk loudly on their phones in the little 'living room' area they have set up for them. The atmosphere has a lot to be desired. Authentic Thai restaurant, wide aridity of selections from noodle, rice to main dishes, has almost everything you would get in Thailand. I would recommend you order medium spicy because Thai spices will really shock you if you don't watch out the level of spicy you order. My son and I walked in today for lunch. As we walked in the door we stood and waited to be seated. A lady walked up to us talking on a cell phone while grabbing a couple menus, not once speaking to us and pointed to a table and sat the menus down. The table was sticky and gross. We sat and waited for about 5 minutes. The waitress finally came to take our drink order. My son asked for water and I asked for iced tea. She came back with a 1/2 a glass of tap water (no ice) and never came back with my tea. After about 10 minutes we decided to leave. I will never go back. Food is ok but the waiter (possibly owner) super rude. I had a question about the menu and he was very condescending answering. Then I ordered the teriyaki chicken that was way to sweet to eat. I let him know and he just replied with that's weird your the first person that's said so. I then ordered the butterflies because I was still hungry. He then tells me after that I could order a different meal then the teriyaki for free if I wanted to try. My response is well I ordered the butterflies already and I won't he hungry after that.
