We began our Culver City project with a plan to renovate our existing three-bedroom, one-bath home and convert our garage into an ADU. What started as a 325-square-foot garage ultimately became a beautifully designed 705-square-foot one-bedroom ADU. Throughout the process, EG's consistently exceeded our expectations. The quality of the craftsmanship was outstanding, but equally impressive was the team's communication and guidance. Their insights helped us make smart decisions that balanced our budget with our desire for thoughtful design and high-quality materials. As the project neared completion, our confidence in the partnership led us to take on an additional phase--adding flexible living space to the existing home. Technically a JADU, this unique addition transformed our front home into a four-bedroom, two-bath residence, while also creating the option to close off the rear portion and generate rental income in the future. None of this would have come together without the collaborative approach of Eric, the owner, and the entire EG's team. Their professionalism, creativity, and commitment to doing things the right way made a complex project enjoyable and successful. A special thank you to Eric, Andy, Oscar, Lalo, Abner, Uriel, and Hugo, along with all of the expert partner contractors who contributed to bringing our vision to life. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend EG's Built Construction to anyone looking for a team that combines quality craftsmanship with integrity, communication, and true partnership.

I texted Paul some pictures, and he was able to give me a quote over the phone. Once I agreed to move forward, he got me scheduled pretty quickly. Luis came out and explained what needed to be done. Since the original composite floor panels are no longer made, he had to cut individual pieces of white oak to match the exact size and keep the original look of the panels. You could tell a lot of time and care went into it. After carefully piecing everything together, he sanded and finished it to match the original color of the floor. Honestly, when it was done, I could not tell the difference. The repair blended in perfectly with the original floor. Really impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail.
