Very happy with the results of a fix THB Construction did on an exterior wall. During the last rainy season there was a small but consistent leak coming from behind the stucco into a doorway. The source of the leak was not obvious and could have come from multiple spots on the wall. THB took the time to investigate the source of the leak and provide a realistic cost rather than just guessing what the problem might be (which is what all the other places I got bids from did -- all of which were ultimately wrong). Their investigation quickly found the source of the leak in old window trim two stories up, and we agreed on a very fair price to replace all the trim with hand-cut lumber and repair any rotted out parts behind the trim. The work looked great and matched all the other old hand-cut trim on the house. This was a significant amount of work that required the complete removal of several large windows and then getting a perfectly watertight seal using modern window installation techniques. read more
