We hired David initially to repair a major leak into our garage stemming from an above dividing balcony wall between our front neighbor's house and ours. David provided a comprehensive answer regarding the leak, something the other contractors we interviewed were not able to do. He was also able to give us a ballpark number in terms of cost whereas the other contractors gave us a very large possible window. More so, David is a true craftsman and knowledgeable about all things construction wise. Not only did he repair our dividing wall, but he also helped with our front door that wasn't properly installed initially and other odds and ends around our home. Our neighbor was so impressed with his work that she also hired him. And he has since done work for family members nearby. Lastly, we also had a major plumbing issue, and David was quick to refer an amazing plumbing company. We trust David completely, and I can't recommend him enough. Our privacy fence fell over one night due to wind and a heavy vine, and we were left staring straight into our neighbors bedroom. Dave came to our rescue and built us a brand new and improved wall to give us all back our privacy. We decided to take this opportunity to create our very own vertical garden, and we couldn't have asked for a better result. Not only did he execute our vision, but he also coordinated having the anchoring neighbor wall refurbished so it would be a sturdy and safe base for the privacy wall. His concrete guys did a great job, and then Dave came back with the beautifully stained walnut wood and built it in 2 days. He is incredibly talented and came to our rescue over the last few weeks on a relatively small job (in his world but huge to us) that arose due to a leak from our roof into our exterior wall during the last round of heavy rains. He has replaced a cracked and splitting wood support on our front porch, as well as a rotted and oddly sized door on the back of our house. David is a professional and joy to work with. He did an excellent job replacing wood support posts under an exterior stairway on an apartment building. The old post were cracked and rotten. David did exactly what he proposed in his written estimate including installing a temporary support, demolishing the existing support, grinding old concrete flat to install post anchors, building new supports and bolting supports into the stair stringer. 3 days away from home buying contingency and found out the the friggin 2nd floor deck was rotting away and needed to repair or replace the whole decking. Must of spent 6 hours calling every single deck repair company. Out of min 25 companies I called, 22 of them were absolutely no help, 2 were somewhat informative but very vague and David was absolutely a miracle sent. A few months ago I noticed a couple of breaks in a ceiling beam in my garage. After reaching out asking for quotes from different companies, I found David to be the most responsive and offered the most affordable estimate.
