I am soo pleased to say, Jeff is the real deal. I received his bid/estimate 24 hrs after meeting him. No one else did that. I was instantly impressed by his customer service. He arrived on time every day, to the minute! Walked me through the steps on a daily basis so I would understand what he would be working on and how. He also didn't mind picking up an item that was needed for the project. That's all about Jeff. He's a stand up guy. A rare gem in the South Bay. He's warm, approachable and easy to talk to. And doesn't mind taking a little extra time to explain his thoughts and opinions on the projects. Now about his work. Wow!! He went the extra steps needed to make sure the floor tile was properly leveled and installed. My dishwasher height posed a big problem but with Jeff's analyzing it and experience, he tackled the problem. Whew! The final product is incredible. We needed to repair a rough cut initially made by our plumber to repair a shower. The shower is finished in large slab travertine. The initial hole was ragged and uneven. After years of living with cracked old tile and doggie-damaged carpet, I hired Murdock Tile to replace all of the flooring on the lower level of my house (about 1500 sq. ft.) with fabulous Italian porcelain tile that looks like wood. It's doggie-proof and even husband proof. My realtor friend recommended it, rather than hardwood. He said it will never get damaged or stained and I will never regret it.
