LA Home Construction is the fourth General Contractor who has worked on my West Hollywood condominium. Last year my association's drains back up, and I had to demolish damaged floors and kitchen cabinets. I initially tried to hire Home Depot to organize the repairs, but their agreements with builders prohibit HD builders from preparing the floors and cabinetry before finishes. It was a long series of disappointments over company policies. Miron was able to prepare the floors and cabinetry and match prices on HD finishes. Him and Carlos designed custom cabinetry, which improved storage, at no additional cost compared to HD. Miron referred me to DTLA floor and quartz dealers who had larger selection and good prices. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Miron and his team, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The quality of their work was outstanding, and Miron was always available during business hours to answer questions or communicate by phone or text. His calm, professional demeanor made the entire process much less stressful, especially when managing tight timelines and budgets. I highly recommend Miron and his team, and I look forward to working with them again in the future. read more

LA Home Constructions turned our dated kitchen into the dream kitchen we imagined. The outcome was fantastic and we added two full bathroom remodels to the project later. Work was stellar. Miron was always responsive, answering all questions, listening to concerns, and skillfully navigating last minute changes and unexpected situations. We had full creative control and sourced some of the finish materials, but always appreciated inputs from him, Pasqual, and other members of the skilled crew. We could not be happier with the process from initial quote to finish and will not hesitate to hire LA Home Construction for any future projects. read more

Miron was super on top of everything and responsive in helping me navigate my first renovation. I'm pretty particular about dirt and he and the team was very respectful of it, protecting my floors and ordering materials to ensure my place isn't overly difficult to clean after renovation was done. I am also really busy so I appreciated that he was able to connect me with his contacts for tile and bathroom fixtures. Did a light condo renovation of repainting, moving some electrical, new fireplace facade, and master bathroom renovation - love how it turned out! Also, even if I had small issues, Miron and his team went out of the way to help resolve them quickly. Super appreciate it!! read more

We reached out to LA Home Construction for help with our wildfire rebuild in Altadena. Working with LA Home Construction was one of our biggest blessings! The owner Miron provided us with the best architect in the business, and we just took off from there! LA Home Construction was pretty much a one stop shop as they offered all the services needed to help us get our permits and start the rebuilding process. Thank you again for your resourcefulness and awesome support for our family at this time. read more

I had an excellent experience with LA Home Construction. I had a sagging overhang in my back yard, and I was very concerned about the integrity of the structure. Another company had told me I needed to replace the beam in my attic, and the supports there, along with the posts holding up the overhang from below. The resulting estimate was exorbitant. Pasqual, the project manager for LA Construction, examined my attic and told me my attic beam was fine, as were the supports. He said I only needed to replace the external posts and replace them with thicker, heavier ones, anchored in cement. The company's engineer said the same. Pasqual was extremely knowledgeable, and a good communicator. He saved me a LOT of money, and the job he and his guys did was excellent. They were both fast and thorough. Miron, who runs the company, was quite personable, after a little bit of negotiation, we also came to terms on the repair of my back fence. That job was also completed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company, and I'm not easily impressed. read more

I had the LA Home team address some structural repairs around 3 windows that were causing leaks within my home. Since the repairs and rain in LA, I can confirm that the repairs were successful and rain is no longer coming into my home. Miron and the LA Home Construction team were great. We did a big job - ground up build - that lasted over a year and were in constant communication. Things were organized and done exactly how we wanted them. The outcome was fantastic! If anything ever needs adjusting the LA Home Construction team is just a quick call away and we continue to work with them on new projects. Highly recommend. read more

After thoroughly evaluating various contractors and reviewing multiple bids for the conversion of our covered patio into a permitted interior living space/dining room, I selected Miron and his team at LA Home Construction because of their quality workmanship on a similar project for another customer, seamless communication, and competitive pricing. Throughout the renovation project, Miron, his project manager Pascual, their in-house crew, and subcontractors were all exceptionally cooperative and professional. They were always on time, maintained a clean work environment, and completed the renovation project within the estimated timeframe and on budget. Being impressed by the quality of their work, I engaged LA Home Construction for an additional project to update a ¾ bathroom and laundry room. Thanks to their efficient work, we were able to host my daughter's 10th birthday party in our new expanded interior space! Our entire household couldn't be happier with our added and refreshed space and will absolutely use Miron and his LA Home Construction team for any of our future home renovation projects. read more

We hired LA Home Construction to build a deck for us on our rooftop. We chose to have material from Trex installed, which required them to prepare the decking by installing a massive underlying support structure as the surface of the roof had a slight slope for water drainage. The team designed the support structure to ensure that the decking materials were completely straight and flat, but retained spaces underneath for water drainage. In addition, they took our somewhat creative idea on design for the decking and managed to implement it so the final result looked exactly like we had envisioned. We could not have been more pleased with the final result. The final product is smooth, flat, and very sturdy underneath. Extremely professional job! I will also add that the job required the crew to bring everything up a narrow staircase to the fourth floor of our building, which they did by hand. It added additional challenge to the design, but the crew handled it very well, bringing hundreds of pounds of materials and equipment through our hallways and staircases with no damage to anything. The crew working on the install was extremely professional, considerate, and thorough as well, ending each day of the project with cleaning and vacuuming the work areas on the roof, and sweeping the stairs to ensure there was nothing left behind overnight. We can't say enough good things about the work that they did, and are now looking forward to furnishing the rooftop deck so we can enjoy some beautiful LA weather outside!! read more

Needed someone to level our front yard and redo our driveway and walkways, adding in a new path from the driveway to the front porch. Miron and the team delivered an amazing final product and moved quickly to do so. Everything was accomplished as we needed it to be. Thanks! read more

We had two separate door projects with LA Home Construction. The first project was initiated through a random Yelp inquiry. LAHC was the only coherent and professional response. The project house was built in 1953. It's so difficult to locate contractors that can do more than plug in parts. Mid-century houses are super quirky and haven't aged as well as their Victorian or Spanish style counterparts. The first door project was quoted for timing and cost (except for incidental by-project expenses). Both were accurate. The worker arrived, was extremely professional and personable, and completed the project on time. The second door project used a different team but the results were the same. The were equally professional. Kudos for pulling out the original warped door and its obtuse frame to make a modern steel door fit like it had always been there. Since our Security door wasn't available, it was decided to wait to install the security peep hole -- better to put it in the right position instead of guessing. Such a wise decision on their part. We're super happy with both projects and and even happier we will always have a reliable, reasonable contractor for our ongoing renovations. read more

This was my second time hiring his company to take part in the construction of my bathroom and as always, they aimed to please & exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, communication was top tier and I was made aware of all nuances along with timing and price. Miron & his team had an excellent follow-up process and are a company that I can trust with the needs of my home. LA Home Construction helped us rebuild our bathroom after we had water damage from upstairs neighbors. The team did a great job in many ways - 1) they were very much accommodating of timeline I needed to finish the jon due to personal reasons, 2) the workers were diligent, always showing up in a timely fashion (which often times isnt the case with other construction workers Ive worked with in the past), and most importantly, 3) they really went above and beyond to deliver high quality, thorough job even on stuff that was outside of original scope (they were extremely helpful fixing something that a different vendor had messed up). Really had a pleasant time working with LA Home Construction team and we will definitely hire them again for our next job! read more

My partner and I were looking to installing a skylight to open up our converted warehouse space. We didn't know much about the process and were hesitant at first, but working with LA Home Construction was straightforward and assuring. Jeremy was incredibly responsive from the first time we called on a Sunday afternoon. Throughout the process he was very transparent and straightforward. The constraints of our project had to shift a few times as we worked with the building owner, but LA Home Construction was flexible with our needs. The people running the actual skylight installation day-of were friendly and quick. Very professional. Overall we are happy that we went with LA Home Construction especially with their communication. Very few other companies we talked to were responsive and friendly. Thanks Jeremy and the team at LA Home Construction! read more

I called Miron and LA Home Construction, back in November for renovating our 2 bathrooms and flooring. Miron was great and responsive to all questions and issues that came up. Our bathrooms turned out great, for our master we removed the bathtub and turned into a standing shower. Omar, his foreman, was great to work with and ensured everything was done right. There were a few issues with the smaller guest bathroom, but Miron resolved them to a decent level of satisfaction. Our floors turned out great as well and Freddie was great to work with. read more

Miron and his team are great. It's hard to find trustworthy contractors in LA who know what they're doing so I was really lucky to have found Miron. I ended up hiring him for multiple jobs - repairing and installing handrails for my deck, paving my side yard, and redoing my driveway. Miron was very communicative, honest, and fair about pricing.
