They did address my mouse and chipmunk concerns as we had some intruders recently and as well they were able to locate exact access points and see an opening in use by a chipmunk. They sealed all of our concerns beautifully and cost efficiently. As well as covering our rodent concerns, they did a spray of our house exterior for any crawling insects, which is a 3 month durability and will protect against any insects trying to crawl in. We did see a centipede recently and the ants have been out and about recently with weather warming up. As well as them spotting carpenter ants in abundance, this spray resolved any concerns about these bugs wreaking havoc for a few months at least. Overall, the quote for the original service was great but unnecessary. The work completed was under the original service price and i ended the day with no pest concerns, and as a happy customer who the company listened to, explained and pointed out direct spots and how to move forward with various solutions. Highly recommended this company for all of your potential pest concerns and as i asked them, they do not harm any pests. Call these guys for your mice, mosquito, tick, bee/wasp or any other pest management issues. They handle it all with a smile and a bee suit if need be! Sean was very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and took the time to answer all of my questions and to inspect bugs that I had never seen before. To my absolute horror, he confirmed that my house indeed had termites and that my c.1890 fieldstone foundation was allowing mouse entry. For a small business, the prices are actually a little more cost effective than larger extermination services. The termite treatment lasts 10 years and is transferable. Pets and my disability were taken into consideration during the initial, specialized treatments for termites, spiders, and mice. Because the house could not be "bug bombed" and certain areas couldn't be treated, he returns every 3 months for monitoring. He notifies me a few days beforehand to let me know when he'll arrive and always takes the time to answer any questions. We have a 4 month old puppy who is into everything and started licking/chewing the baseboards near where ants were prevalent indoors. When I called, Stephanie was less than professional and seemed annoyed that I had concerns. No matter what I said, she dismissed me, argued at every turn, and didn't apologize until I told her how frustrating the conversation had been as a concerned parent. Even then, her apology was "I'm sorry ma'am. I do understand but like I said...." She just kept reiterating "Ma'am (condescendingly) baseboard treatment is standard with all of our visits." Mind you, we've never had baseboards treated before this visit. Treatment has always been on the exterior and they've only ever iterated that kids and pets be kept indoors. Stephanie said the stuff he was putting down inside was the same as what he put outside (bifen) when I called back this morning because my puppy was vomiting and refusing food. After speaking with Jose and describing to him (as I tried to do with Stephanie) what I saw the technician use, he said it wasn't bifen but was likely gel bait (not at all what is used outside.) I was going back and forth with the vet and DeBug all morning trying to figure out how emergent the situation was and when I finally was able to speak with Jose, he helped calm my fears and let me know what the product actually was and how the call should have been handled. I do appreciate his professionalism and approach to feedback from a customer. As I told Stephanie, I was trying to work toward a solution and share my frustration as a mom of young children and dogs. I am unsure if we will be continuing service because, although Jose handled things well, Stephanie is the main point of contact it seems and needs more training or a spa day before she interacts with worried customers again. The screenshot I've included is an example of how the phone conversation went as well. Weird (inaccurate) responses and entirely missing the point of what I was asking. For what it's worth, our puppy is alive and well, eating again and no longer vomiting, so that's a relief.
