We waited in bar for 20 min for a drink and the bartender never showed up. They lost $ due to no service.

We also appreciated the easy towel exchange system--something small, but really convenient when you're traveling with a family. One of the highlights for me was the gym located in the hotel just two parking lots over. It's a full facility and open to guests, which was great. I ended up chatting with a few locals there in the morning, and they couldn't have been friendlier--gave us great tips on what to do in the area and where to eat. If you're a golfer, the courses are amazing and well kept. All in all, this place served our needs well. Note they charged me $14 for a beers at the bar, way overpriced. Their golf course was a 5 hr round of golf on Fri. I think what they charge for the stay and play package is definitely overpriced.
