Really cute spot in what looks like used to be a house. Menu was unique and everything tasted great. The service here was probably the best part of it all, my server was very friendly and welcoming.

Korean Korean Steak Tacos, peanut chicken dish, steak and quail eggs tacos

Just came across this place because it seemed like a local spot with great reviews and food options and me and my friend were not disappointed. So many options to choose from but the steak and quail egg tacos were great along with the Korean tacos and peanut chicken curry dish that really were all complementary of each other. Great flavor with a bit of kick! It's a must try if you stop in Sheboygan and prices are pretty good for what you get!

This is a discovery! I visited with my mom for an impromptu late dinner. The very friendly hostess was able to get us seated without a reservation, but I'd recommend them. There's not a lot of tables here. The decor is arty and appealing and comfortable. There's something to catch your eye everywhere. The drink list is interesting and ours were excellent. We both tried the Friday fish fry. We had a perfectly cooked walleye dinner with great Asian slaw and fries. I upgraded to the parm fries and they were terrific. The fry portion is generous. Service was friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed the whole experience from the minute we entered the door. I might just have a new Sheboygan favorite. They also gave us an amuse bouche of fresh pesto and bread and the pesto was amazing.

Biscuits and gravy with hand breaded fried chicken

We stopped in for Sunday brunch recently while in town for the weekend. Its a very interesting setup, a host stand and foyer in the middle with one dining room to the right and a smaller darker room/lounge to the left. We were ultimately seated in the darker room which was a little too dim/muted for my taste. I believe there was some staffing issues as we had to wait over 30 minutes yet there were open tables available. The long wait to be seated and the long time for us to receive our food led to me dropping my rating down a star. I enjoyed my biscuits and gravy. The additional chicken add on was very tasty. I appreciate the hand breading of the chicken as well as the housemade biscuits. A solid dish. My partner opted for the steak tacos. The tacos themselves were tasty but in desperate need of an additional tortilla to help provide more structure. With just one tortilla, it turned into a sloppy mess. Our server was pleasant but seemed rattled at the beginning (probably due to the aforementioned staffing issue). Improve on the staffing and seat us in the brighter room upstairs and I would return.

I ordered two carnitas tacos and one lengua taco all of which were on point! The meat was tender and flavorful with a green and a red hot sauce served on the side that added just the right amount of heat and a nice added boost of flavor. They were served with onion and cilantro true to the street taco experiences I grew up with in Tucson. The rice was fresh - none of those surprise "crispy" grains that signal rice that has either been sitting out or reheated. The refried beans were fantastic and also reminded me of home. Even the horchata was amazing. Although the food was a standout what struck me most was the cleanliness of the restaurant. Clean tables, floors, and bathrooms all signal that this restaurant cares about details. Even the hot sauce bottles (which I am used to seeing cakes with old drips and drops) were absolutely spotless. I truly believe that things like this matter and suggest that the kitchen is also in good shape. Tye menu was a bit large and could be somewhat overwhelming so much so that I didn't bother to read everything. Besides - I already knew what I wanted. Service was friendly, prompt, and accurate. This place is an absolute MUST for when I return to Sheboygan and it receives two enthusiastic thumbs up from both me and my friend from El Paso - and both of us are experts on good Mexican food.

My dad ordered the beef Marsala pasta, which was a generous serving and he seemed to enjoy it. The rest of us ordered different pizzas - everyone liked their choice but there were a couple standouts. The walnut was a revelation, walnut puree, fontina cheese, whipped cream cheese, mushrooms, and roasted walnuts. It was unique and tasty. My truffle pizza was also excellent, with authentic flavor and not the overwhelming fake truffle notes you sometimes get. The sausage pizza was also good, according to my BF.

Like I said before, the sandwiches arrived the size of an adult's head. Jar dropping is a fitting description of what we looked like when our server placed the sandwiches before us. One of us had ribs and they looked phenomenal. He ate them all so I am going to assume they were top notch. I couldn't believe the huge portion. Another one of us had a pulled chicken sandwich and waffle fries--no complaints there either. My partner and a pulled pork sandwich with a side salad, and he liked it. I decide to get one of their 10" wood fired pizzas with a cauliflower crust. I had not eaten a meal yet, so naturally I was incredibly hungry...and.... ....ugh....I didn't see this coming. I ordered a pizza with green peppers. That's it. But at first bite, I didn't WANT it to be there, I didn't ASK for it to be there, yet there is was: the STINKIN' STANKIN' TASTE OF GARLIC POWDER. To any restauranteur with ears: STOP WITH THE DAMN GARLIC POWDER. Many people love garlic butter, and many of us do NOT. If we want it, we'll order GARLIC BREAD. Stop putting it in everything I order from potatoes, to fish, to now...apparently...pizza. One star on my food. There's your three star average.
