Large, welcoming coffee shop that serves a variety of breakfast sandwiches, lunch items and of course great coffee! I has a great breakfast sandwich on a bagel. A REAL bagel - you know them when you taste them! I also had a very good iced coffee. Relaxing environment with lots of art and interesting architectural elements like bikes decorating pillars and lots of other vintage elements. Award for best use of vintage doors and windows - used in the counter, stage and as an upstairs partition. On a nice day, sit outside at a table with an umbrella and enjoy the sun and main street. Don't forget to buy some whole bean coffee, sticker, T-shirt, etc on your way out! Cash is preferred here, but plastic is also accepted. Staff were very friendly in this inclusive venue. Service was great! Don't forget to tip the staff! Will be back. RECOMMENDATION: Check their website for their menu items and hours and days open. They close at 3 pm on some days. Open til 8 on Thursdays.

This place is so awesome! It's in a bit of a inconspicuous location, didn't realize we were in front of Paradigm until we got closer because we see any storefront signs. But once you're inside, it's very clear you're in the coolest cafe and venue in Sheboygan! The cafe is decked out in awesome decor, from cool bikes hung on the walls, to old doors used as partitions in the space. The staff were awesome, and the service was super quick. We only ordered drinks, although the baked goods in the counter display looked incredible. Both drinks were awesome, and lasted us on our walk around the Saturday farmers market. Paradigm serves Collectivo coffee, which is great for fans of the MKE-based coffee roasters. We can't wait to go back!

I love the cozy vibe & eclectic feel. The coffee and tea drinks are vast and also the menu items from breakfast sandwiches to homemade baked goods and even gluten free options. I had the Maple Latte with Coconut Milk - heaven. Also they're is a cute resale and thrift store across the street that's charming what a great day to spend coffee and chilling. Enjoy these are my go to local gems the service was great too & tons of seating.

It is unassuming when driving by, but today I stopped and truly, the interaction made my whole day. I asked for an iced mocha and Travis acknowledged it being my first visit & offered up their special drinks of the month. I appreciate service that digs a little deeper & expresses sense of humor. After mentioning all the wonderful reviews being the reason I stopped, he welcomed me inside to have a breakfast sandwich. The ambiance is very cozy, people were playing cards, music was on, it was clean and welcoming. My food was both generous & delicious, coffee was perfect - excited to go back for their specials. I brought it all down to the lakefront and a few people stopped to ask where I scored such a great breakfast. 100% worth the visit. Negative reviews seem to be pandemic related, or folks that don't experience sarcastic humor very often.

You immediately see the large case of cookies, and then donuts. Great selection with some fun topping choices like butterfinger and fruity pebbles. The employee who helped me was very nice. I think she knew I hadn't been there before because trying to decide a selection of a dozen donuts was difficult (in a good way!), so I decided to just let her pick a random selection for me. Got an iced caramel macchiato for myself which was very good. I didn't realize that they had a case of assorted cakes that I could have got for my coworkers birthday after I had already bought the donuts. This is in no way the fault of the shop because it's literally across from the donut case. I just didn't notice because it's a lot to take in! Anyway, will definitely return. The only critique I have is that you cannot add a tip if you're paying with a card. I never carry cash so I felt really bad that I couldn't tip the lady that helped me. They should change that somehow. Other than that, great place!

When entering, the shop is straight past the stairs and then the second right turn. Their menu has a variety of coffee and tea drinks, smoothies, protein shakes, hot chocolate, baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, ice cream, and more! The inside is beautifully designed and leans into the greenhouse aesthetic; it's whimsical and a true escape. I ended up ordering the Sweet Cardamom Latte along with the Blueberry Rosewater Scone. The scone may have been the best I've had! It was fresh and you could taste the rosewater and blueberries balance each other out. The Sweet Cardamom Latte had subtle flavor but they make their syrups in house as well as source local honey to flavor drinks. My husband got the Chai Tea Latte which had a subtle, sweet flavor. He also tried the ham, smoked gouda, and egg sandwich. They offered a chipotle mayo sauce to go with this which I highly recommend. This was a bit of a splurge but was so worth it!

Like the rest of the American Club, it's a gem. We stopped in a couple of times and had the chance to try a variety of items. Food: They have an excellent assortment of beverages and pastries. Over our two visits, we tried a coffee latte, gourmet hot chocolate, London Fog Tea Latte, and a coffee. The baristas do a very nice job with the hot beverages. You can watch them being made, and it's clear they pay attention to the small details. A great example was the whipped cream on the hot chocolate, piled high in the center of the cup without touching or spilling over the sides. The food was a bit of a mixed bag. On our first visit, we ordered a Blueberry Rosewater scone that looked amazing in the case. It was nicely baked, topped with turbinado sugar, and had plenty of blueberries. The texture, however, was more muffin-like than scone-like. There was also a noticeable baking soda taste, which we both picked up on. I later mentioned this to the manager, who was apologetic. On our second visit, we shared an Espresso Hazelnut Cruffin. This is essentially a croissant baked in a muffin tin and filled with flavored cream. That one was outstanding. The dough was flaky yet moist, and the filling was generous and fresh. We cut it open, spread the filling across the pieces, and ate it almost like buttered bread. Truly delicious. Service: All of the staff were friendly and pleasant. Even when they were busy, it never felt rushed. They didn't initially ask if we wanted our beverages in mugs, but they were happy to accommodate when we asked. They also offered to heat up the scone, which was appreciated. Atmosphere: It's a small space with about a dozen small tables, best suited for groups of two, though there are a couple of tables that can seat four. The stained glass windows are lovely, letting in plenty of natural light and providing a beautiful view of the courtyard. It can get a little loud inside, but we were still able to have a relaxed conversation. A charming spot that fits perfectly into the American Club experience.
