Every year on vacation in Sheboygan we always stop by Eb Flo to get breakfast/brunch. The food is always really tasty, of all the croffles I've gotten so far- the vegetarian was the best, but pretty much every one is delicious. On vacation. Trying a new coffee shop. Staff was amazingly friendly. Tried a salted brown sugar toffee cookie. My wife said, "this is one bad ass cookie". lol the place was very inviting and had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating right on the channel. Ambiance was relaxing. Good way to start your day. Excellent representation of the Sheboygan riverfront area. A busy coffeehouse environment combined with the casual & relaxed atmosphere. Food came fast and was very fresh. Deliciously unique food offerings had me studying the menu and trying to make a choice among the scrumptious offerings. Staff was better than expected considering I arrived shortly after they opened. Awesome coffeehouse with comfortable seating both indoors and out. The outdoor seating overlooks the mouth of the river and has a couple of fire pits to sit around for the cooler days. (It is right off of Lake Michigan... so there are a lot of them!). They offer a very unique pastry type meal called a " Croffel". The best way to explain it would be an open faced sandwich or pastry with the meat or fruit on top of the croissant. Today I had the ham and cheese croffel and it was great. Drink menu is extensive. I had the croffle which is a combination of a French croissant and a Belgium waffle topped with sweet or savory toppings. A friend ordered the Nutella strawberry and I ordered the avacado egg and we split and shared both. They are so light and yummy! Airy and crisp! We enjoyed our strong and hot coffee while taking in the Sheboygan water views. Outdoor fireplaces and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. There were multitudes of other baked goods to choose from. First off, the location is unbelievable on the river. Fireplaces add to the outdoor atmosphere. Inside is roomy and relaxing. We were staying across the street at Blue Harbor and had been excited to find a cute coffee shop nearby, going multiple times a day. Unfortunately, the last experience left a really bad taste. We ordered a mango peach smoothie (along with four other drinks) and received the refresher instead. When we clarified that we had ordered a smoothie, we were lectured on how we forgot to say strawberry and they were confused. They demanded the $2 difference in the middle of the shop and went back to remake it. $2 is not a big deal. It's less than half the tip we give and the cost of some espresso shots. The lecture (when they made a mistake) and rudeness to customers is. If you're confused, just ask. read more

This is a nice venue in a picturesque location. Seems to target people under 40. Lots of sugary drinks and food items. Customers order at the counter steps from the entrance. You pour and pick up your water. The prepared items are delivered to the table. I ordered the ham and cheese croffle, which is about the size of 1/2 of a croissant with a thin slice of ham and shredded cheese broiled on top for about $10. The flavor was good, but it was not filling. The chairs have a flat seat and a back rest that hits the average adult at the shoulder blades, so there's no lumbar support. Sit on the couch if you plan to stay awhile and need lower back support. I went back to work after lunch and smelled like the restaurant's grill the rest of the day. The grill needs to be vented to the outside. I hope the restaurant does well because restaurants are important, but I do not plan to go back. read more

The "croffles" are delicious and I love their iced almond milk latte. The outdoor seating is really nice is the summer with the fire tables, and they have great wifi and seating inside to get work done. Sometimes can get busy but I've never not been table to get a seat or table. One time I accidentally lost my keys here and one of the employees found it and coordinated with me over Instagram to pick them up. Love this place!!! read more

Customers order standing in line like fast food and they want a tip up front...for what? They tell customers to put dirty dishes in a bin.
