Had enough time to have breakfast before meeting family in Chicago. Found Dali's Cafe on Yelp sure glad because this was amazing! Great service by husband & wife owners in an old restored bank in downtown Manitowoc, WI. Once we entered; I knew I found a cool place! The high ceilings & marble accent's took me back in time. Our breakfasts were amazing! We will definitely put Dali's Cafe on our list of Favorites!

I was here over the weekend for brunch, and I'm not quite sure why I don't come here more often. When you come inside you notice how big and clean everything is . We were greeted promptly at the door and all of us ordered everything from waffles to eggs Benedict to skillets. All of our food was delicious with no complaints, and the wait for our food was little to none. I got the eggs Benedict, and I'd have to say it might just be the BEST I've ever had . I wasn't expecting the quality and presentation to be so above par. Our waitress was amazing and checked in on us often as well. The price is worth anything you get here. We will definitely be going back here again, like I said in the beginning, I'm not sure why we don't come here more often, but now we will.

We were attending a volleyball tournament and wanted to eat local. The restaurant has a very nice open bright atmosphere. Disappointed with breakfast. The steak was not medium well as requested and was tough and leather like. The hasbrowns were super crispy and water and grease soaked. We were told the bacon was recommended but it had a strong overpowering piggy taste . The service was great and we were welcomed with a smile.

Atmosphere: Beautiful building. The inside has really nice seating, bathrooms and atmosphere. So much natural light makes it a really enjoyable experience. Off street parking only I believe, but no parking meters. Make sure you stick to the two hour limit, the cops are well known for leaving parking tickets on cars over the limit on this street. Service: Friendly staff that are accommodating to adjusting menu items. They usually only have 2 servers on staff, so service can be a bit slow at times, but I've never been here for more than an hour because the kitchen is very efficient. Food: Great prices, for a really good meal. I recommend the Gyro Skillet 100%, the gyro meat was really well seasoned and flavorful, the tomatoes were bright red and fresh, the onions were caramelized and the hash browns were super crispy. I've only had breakfast items off the menu, but don't be fooled, the menu LITERALLY is 6 pages long of everything you can pretty much think of and then some. Come here looking for a nice home cooked meal at a reasonable price for a large quantity of food, you won't leave hungry!

Once again, I allowed Yelp to help me find a restaurant in a new town. As usual, the reviews proved to be very accurate. They led me to an excellent breakfast and a rare five-star rating for the restaurant I was eating in. I'm not going to say this was the easiest restaurant to find. The sign for the business is not very large, despite the size of the building (a former bank). I'm glad I drove around the block and caught a glimpse of the sign. I also wasn't deterred by an empty restaurant at 9 AM on a Friday morning. The staff, were knowledgeable and friendly. While the service was not exactly speedy, the food was worth the wait. The coffee was hot, tasty and frequently refilled. I ordered a Portabella mushroom Benedict dish. The hollandaise sauce was excellent. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the portion size was just right. My dining partner had a simple egg and bacon breakfast. Their very dry toast was the only complaint of their breakfast. The cost of our meal was reasonable and the restaurant continued to fill as we ate. I'd go back to this unique setting, if I was in Manitowoc again.

This cafe is a gilded gem. The interior of the building nods to its past life as a bank. But that's not what you want to know, you want to hear that the food is great, that you get plenty of food for the little you pay. AND THAT'S WHAT I'M TELLING YOU! The food is plenty and very delicious. Every dish we tried, was fantastic. Dali's does brunch right.

The greatest eggs Benedict you will ever have.

There seem to be two halves to the restaurant with slightly different vibes on each. One more diner/coffee shop and one more bar. We ended up getting the jerk chicken wrap, the French toast, and the teriyaki wrap. The best part was the varieties of wraps you can choose from! It's great that they don't just have white. The jerk chicken had a nice kick to it and gave my friend the hiccups, but kept eating because it was so good. The French toast was in sticks form and pretty tasty, great presentation of lincoln log-esque. The teriyaki chicken had a nice sweetness, but not overpowering. It was gobbled up quickly. We also liked the toasted tortilla garnish with different seasonings on them. Just the right amount of side for a wrap. Overall, good food, friendly staff, and very reasonable price. We'll be back if we're in the area.

Breakfast again Sunday morning; same routine. They had a large breakfast group Sunday morning and all not people staying at hotel. So local come for the breakfast as well! We waited in bar for 20 min for a drink and the bartender never showed up. They lost $ due to no service.
